Doesn't need to as we will not be hoofiing the ball whatsoever this season. All he needs to do is kick or roll it out to Calderon or Painter. Easy

well ive only seen poke the once but on that basis its walker all the way!
he is young but i think he could be a real breakout for us if he gets the chance. this is a good time to put him in because ifhe doesn't do so well you can take him out when brez returns without doing too uch damage to his confidence.

I would play Walker, he looked calm, cool and assured against Yeovil and I would like to see him blooded. But Poke has actually played a season, albeit at a lower level, and has the experience. It's a difficult call but atleast Poyet's got plenty of time to assess them both, rather than this happening on the eve of the season.

Must have missed that as I thought that I read it was just a sprain and he would be fit to play against Eastbourne but obviously not thanks for updating me.
