I know there's a few that listen to Kevin Smith and his 'SModCasts'.
For those that do, he's recently done a 85 minute podcast based on the guy on Gumtree offering a room for rent/dress up like a walrus in Brighton etc.. Also briefly mentions BHA.

Check it out, SModCast 259 - The Walrus and the Carpenter.
Very funny.

http://silentbobspeaks.com/?p=561 He's gonna make the film.

For anyone wanting a new podcast and still haven't listened to:

The Complete Guide to Everything.

This weeks episode is particularly strong.
Any mention of Batman brings out the best in Tom, while Tim's passion is music.

This weeks episode has it all.

The Desert Island Dics archive has this week pulled out Kenneth Williams.
I've not listened but I imagine it will be interesting.

Oh and The Tuesday Club is back on early this week.

I'm not convinced by an optimistic Tuesday Club, they are so much funnier when depressed.

Anyhoo talking of funny.

The Bugle should be back tonight.
Now that John Oliver finishing on The Daily Show, the The Bugle should be right back to it's very best, grade A, bull***t.

This thread has got me interested as I'd like something to listento on the commute other than just downloaded music. I've had a 'google', and OneCast get a few good reviews so I've put it on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 phone. I have a few ideas from this thread of what podcasts would interest me (Frank Skinner, Albion Roar, Desert Island Discs) so would just like to know what I do now please?
I know this is pretty basic but just I just want to get things right from the off.

This is my weekly cycle of poddies without the nichey, you're not going to want to know about.

If you are a news and current affairs + satire chap, then it's The Bugle & BBC's Friday Night Comedy.

Films - Kermode and Mayo.

Football, mainly premier league and Europe - Guardian Football Weekly & The Football Ramble.
The Tuesday Club - Arsenal podcast, don't let that put you off.
Sport - Fighting Talk, 5-Live Sports Specials, Essential Phil Williams.

Current affairs (magazine type stuff) - The Daily Bacon, Richard Bacon's 5-live show.

General comedy - Answer Me This.

Conversational comedic musings - Danny Baker, Richard Herring, The Complete Guide To Everything.

Science n stuff - The Infinite Monkey Cage, Stuff You Should Know.

Best Football League podcast out there, for sure. Far more bearable than the official jobby with Clemmit and Claridge.

Anyone looking for a new music podcast (covering a decent number of genres but predominantly alt rock and hip-hop), I'd highly recommend If There's Hell Below. Some great mixes, with a bit of chat, released every Friday.

Justin Morehouse's new podcast hasn't had me going back for episode 2.

Pop Everything, Tim & Tom's latest venture is really good although judging by the most recent one.
Although judging by the quantity of BS it's not hugely different to TCGTE.

The Infinite Monkey Cage has just reappeared on my podcast downloads.

This weeks TCGTE made me laugh a fair few times.
