Masochism. Italians are famous for it.If the real reason he left Brighton because he didn‘t have the control he want, why would he then go to Chelsea, where he would have even less say?
Everybody knew that Chelsea have to sell HG players by the end of June, but he has players returning from injury more than capable of replacing not just Gallagher (Lavia) but Colwill (Maatsen), Broja (Lukaku / DD Fofana), Chalobah (W. Fofana).
He's finally got the team organised, Cucurella is playing brilliantly, ditto Caicedo, Nkunku is back, Madueke looks good.
Poch has done the hard yards, I'm surprised he hasn't just got on with it. Part of being an elite manager is putting up with a idiot owner, Ancellotti is a master of this, as was Fergie.
If Potter returns here, the next time he gives us fans a history lesson, he'll have to include: 6th position, and topping our Europa League group. That might be humbling .Boehly and RDZ would be so funny together - a perfect non fit.
Can’t see Poch coming here if he wants a big say on signings and aspirations of champions league success in the short term.
Can’t see beyond us reinstating Potter and still not sure how I feel about it, although I think he would already be warming his seat if it is him.
Sky just said they'll be paying his wages for another 12m.At least they’re not still paying his wages, unlike the previous two managers.
Doubt that young Sanchez chap will be quite so enthusiasticBut RDZ'S ego and charisma would handle being chewed and spat out (that's a compliment to him).
Imagine his having the chance to work with that very young and talented squad.
Very rich clowns though. Takes the edge off needing to work at being good!Absolute clowns running that club
But maybe our new medical team can fix his aspiraturns once and for allAnd a budget we can’t afford, and decisions on purchases made by others. We are not a club for his level of aspiraturns.
A free hit for him wherever he goesSky just said they'll be paying his wages for another 12m.
They ain't wrong, soon as the stabilisers of Uncle Tony's data had been taken away, the man is finished
Dare I say it is because managers talk a load of bollocks and it is still undeniably a big gig?If the real reason he left Brighton because he didn‘t have the control he want, why would he then go to Chelsea, where he would have even less say?
We haven't spent a billion on players since we were formed... so they don't copy us on EVERYTHINGWhy are Chelsea so weird? Why do they need to copy us constantly?
Is that David Essex?
This isn't really spinning fast enough for Chelsea, but I doubt their next manager appointment will last until Xmas
Four times the salary and almost zero responsibility for transfers...hmmm, tough gigDare I say it is because managers talk a load of bollocks and it is still undeniably a big gig?
