Plymouth...do you feel this team should be champions

Other teams get the impression that we rely on Knight. I disagree. When you've got a midget up front the rest of the team need to support him a lot more than they would need to support someone like Bobby Zamora.

In previous years you would think, "Come on Bobby, Pull something out of the bag". He could. He was a step above everyone in quality.

With Leon the team needs to play well. So we don't rely on him. We rely on the team to play well and create chances for him.

That's the main difference between Bobby and Leon imo.

Back to the point of this thread ...Plymouth deserve to win the title as it stands because they are top of the table. If they are there at the end of the season then they will have deserved it.

I felt I had to make this point because when we won this division the season before last there were loads of fans of other clubs claiming we didn't deserve it.

You have to play 46 games in a season. Therefore if you come top of the league you deserve to win it. It's not like a cup competition where you can avioud so called better teams and pull off a couple of fluke performances.

Sorry to sound like I'm ranting but other fans pissed me off two years ago by claiming we were not worthy champions! And the year before that Cheaterfield claimed they were the real champions despite the fact that we were more points clear of them than they had docked by the FA.
