I cant believe LDC is still determined to continue with this doomed crusade and quite happy to throw as much of our money at this lost cause. £207,000 so far and without any consultation with the tax payer. The whole point of the third inquiery was to examine all the other alternative sites for a football stadium and they were all rejected. They lost. Its brighton land. Why are they hell bent on persuing a judicial review trying to prove the government acted unlawfully, this is going to cost a fortune and it's set to fail. Surely these tupenny-hapenny tuft-hunting councillors should now, if anything using their time and our money fighting the sewage works soon to be dumped upon us.
