This really is an EGGStraordinary state of affairs. This female caller is obviously SHELLshocked about putting all her EGGS in one basket and now she's SCRAMBLING for advice. Every now and HEN she can't cope, her brain is ADDLED and she is BOILING over in frustration.

Help is at hand - a POACH, well spoken man from the local council is on the case. He has contacted the caller and stated :
