No if I had genuinely wanted to cause offence I am sure I could have thought of something nastier to say, but I was only joking. Not to mention I realise the Met is London.

As for the slum jibe, if that makes you feel more secure to believe that then so be it.

Rather than engage with the troll in conversation can you not just ban him from posting in non-Palace threads please? His passive-aggressive cries for attention are tiresome, repetitive and add nothing.

I've already booted a couple of his chums off this morning, with this one I'm a bit like President Kennedy during the Cuban missile crisis, sat with my finger poised over the red button :)

If you was describing yourself you forgot needy. Following me around the site and then asking mods to ban me, you must really not have much going on.

Do what you have to do, I never realised upsetting buzzer was a reason for getting banned though.
As you are in the police can you advise me on cyber stalking

Stalking? Oh, get over yourself. Since you've been back from your ban you've posted over 20 times and I've responded twice. The hundreds of times you posted before that I don't think I responded more than twice in the last two months. You're such a drama queen. Ooh, look at me everyone......

Not a legal question, but just a normal everyday one.

If there was someone on here who you think is passive aggressive, trolling, annoying, worthless and whatever other derogatory thing you can think of. Would you follow them around the site engaging them or just ignore them?
Don't say you would just ban them, that is cheating.

I was wondering how on earth a lost property thread had managed to reach 4 pages. Binfests really do crop up in the most unexpected of places on here don't they.

Carry on.

Do you think he's following you then?

He just seems to have objected to a post of yours from where I'm sitting.

On a completely different point. Can you explain why you spend so much time on NSC? Do you post on a Palace forum too?
You also pointed out that you are logged in at these times due to work. Do you actually get anything done in between posting ?

I can't see anything he has done to require banning, am i missing something? Yes he is a palace fan but everyone likes things others don't and from what i've read on here he is nowhere near the top 20 of irritating posters. If he wasn't a palace fan would you be asking for him to be banned?

Quite so. The shenanigans around Plebgate and the DPG will, I fear, have caused significant and long-term damage to the Police's reputation, the Met in particular, of course.

There's a an NSC rule that Palace fans stick to the Palace threads and don't post in the non-Palace threads. Given that this bloke would post in every thread given the chance AND his deliberately antagonistic username AND (as evidenced in this thread) he's a clueless numpty more intent on picking fights than contributing positively, I think it's a fair request for the Mods to stick to the in-house rules.

I thought picking up on the grammar was 50% of what NSC was about so that doesn't really count as picking fights and he actually started off defending a brighton fan from the insinuation he was a tea-leaf. His username is slightly antagonistic but at least he isn't hiding his feelings.
