I am stuck in hospital waiting for my fiancée to come out of surgery as we found out today that we have got an ectopic pregnancy which means we are going to lose our little one :(
It is tough sitting it out alone while she is one the operating table so any smiles will man the world to me.

Thanks all

I don't know you ... but I feel for your sorrow, and I know you must feel helpless.

I will say a little prayer for you and your wife - keep strong.

Harsh, sorry to hear that, hope she will be ok.

A couple of (poor) jokes for you

i went for an indian meal last night, halfway through the waiter came up and asked "curry ok"

i replied..."go on then, one song..............then f*** off"

The clerk examined the paper and politely told the dog, "There are only nine words here. You could send another 'Woof' for the same price." The dog replied, "But that would make no sense at all!"

Just a quick update to let everyone know that surgery went really well and that she is recovering well and her stats are all good so at least I have not lost her as well. It was as suspected but they managed to save the tubes so we can try for more Albion supporters in the future.
Thanks for your well wishes and GD I do not get the coffee thing at all ???

It's good that she's come through surgery ok and especially that they managed to save both tubes.
If it helps, I know someone who had an ectopic pregnancy and then went on to have two normal pregnancies (and healthy babies) without any further problems.
I hope she recovers quickly.

What a horrid thing to happen. Best wishes to you and your fiance. BMF.

However, I've also known people unlucky enough to have an ectopic pregnancy who went on to have healthy babies so here's hoping for happier times to come.

Aww BMF, I'm so sorry. That's utterly rubbish news. Glad to hear your fiancee's coming through well - make sure they give her all the morphine she can find!

BMF - sorry to hear this however we lost a baby after Junior so would have had three kids however she was pregnant again around 6 months after this so Mini arrived.

Trust me, everything will turn out OK
