Willie Young - Spurs to Arsenal. I bet Spurs were glad to see the back of him. Utter carthorse.

He was part of a trio of Youngs we had in the same team. Willie, Eric and Alan. It was a pretty good team that season.

Willie Young was utter toilet though, fortunately he only played four times for us.

I don't think Beardsley was especially hated by either Liverpool or Everton fans after his switch, no more than anyone else at least.

Sometimes it's the circumstances, Liverpool knew they had had the best of him, Everton were grateful to have him at all. Unless I've got that one wrong as well. Elvis?

Gary O'Reilly - Brighton and Palace. Neither side ever hated him did they?

Don't want to piss on your fire old chap but I hate Gary O'Reilly. Never seems to have a good word to say about the Albion when asked about us.

LOL, there's always one Jimmy!

I him talking about his Brighton days just the other week. He was reminiscing about clearing one off the line against Stoke, when *cough* he was sure it was well over the line. Hardly talking up the Albion, but always nice to hear players talking about teh Albion out of teh blue like that. Think it came up on Fighting Talk.

Do you hate him for his Palace connections though?

That's void though because of the utterly gay "rivalry" of those two clubs. Sorry, but "friendly final" my ARSE! That's just not natural.

Alfie Conn - Rangers and Celtic
Kenny Miller - Rangers and Celtic

I don't think Miller is a particularly popular man at Parkhead...

So were we. Some of us still remember the horror of Fratton Park 1984
