I personally would be gutted, he looks like he has got the right attributes to be a top player but something hasn't quite made him click. I expect when he does leave he will become a success elsewhere and we shall all wonder why it never happened at Brighton

I will be staggered if that happens.

Would take our squad size down to 23 which is very small.

Better that if a player is judged to be not up to the standard required than keeping them just to make up the numbers and thus restricting more incomings.

Comparisons with the Coca-Cola Kid - especially if he does end up in Turkey.
Undoubted talent but a potential never fully realised because of his attitude.
The good news is we will recover some of our investment from a Turkish move which will hopefully appeal to his ego.

With no loans after the window shuts I would find that figure a bit worrying, if we were to suffer a lot of suspensions or injuries.
This would make the development squad so important and I just hope they are up to it.
