Why Reid is not even in the squad is really odd due to the fact he can play in about 4 postions and you need a player like him on the bench.

Plus he is the only player that can do a semi decent job at left back.

So there we have it. McGhee's dream team:-

Henderson

Hinshelwood
McShane
Butters
Dodd

Hart
Hammond
Carpenter
Carole

Gatting
Noel-Williams

And his nightmare team:-

Chaigneau

El-Abd
Elphick
Lynch
Mayo

Reid
Nicholas
Breach
Frutos

Robinson
Kazim-Richards

In a game between the two teams, who would win?

Fair point - i think we know the likely answer

But does that mean you have carte blache to alienate all your spare players? what happens then when you have injury or suspensions?

Lets face it, mcghee feels he has to justify himself by playing the players he brought in such as CKR, Henderson, Frutos, Carole even if they are not performing.

Our best ball player isn't even in the squad (Reid), Robinson has gone backwards under mcghees tutorlidge. Hart and Mayo who atleast are 100% ers can't get a look in.

Our team will struggle next season unless Mcghee leaves.

What????????? One of the main reasons why Reid doesn't get games is because McGhee keeps picking Hart, they compete for the same positions on the right!

Molango didn't get a chance? And is undoubtedly talented? Ask the Lincoln fans what they thought of him. He had a fair few games to impress at a much lower level and turned out to be not good enough even at league 2 level. No idea how he's doing at his Spanish club.

Molango's first touch was truely awful and generally footballers need to be able to control the bouncey round thingey.

I think he was talented. He just didn't adapt to playing here. He isn't the first and won't be the last.

Does anyone know how is he getting on in Spain? I can't find anything about his club.

Watching him in the stiffs last season the biggest issue was his touch. Once he had the ball under control he could look dangerous, but he had an awful first touch.

hang on - let's go through the back of the programme

1: Kuipers - stitched up and publically harangued

2: Reid - refuses to play him (did he say something untoward on BBC SCR when summarising against crewe?)

3: Mayo - barely used this season - often disparing remarks to the press about him - seen him, Reidy and Nicolas together at matches - all three look well pissed off

4: Hinshelwood - NO PROBS (but then again he's only been fit for a month!)

5: Jason Dodd - NO PROBS ... but then again Dodds owes him big time for the nice fat salary he's picked up for bugger all

6: Nicolas - totally pissed off at never being used - three starts is it? Would surely have gone in January had he not been injured

7: Knight - Nuff Said!

8: Turienzo - Bit like Nicolas in that he is not being used - we have not been given the opportunity to judge him because he ain't playing. Often disparing remarks to press about him which seems strange given what he spent on him

9: Hart - Didn't start for the first month of the season because apparently he fell out with manager because he moved away from Sussex and had a long drive into training - injury crisis forced McGhee to use him - hasnlt looked back since.

10: Oatway - NO PROBS (but then again he did make him captain)

11: Hammond - has often made disparaging remarks to the press about his finishing - don;t think they have technically "fallen out" though

12: Carpenter - NO PROBS

13: Martin - NO PROBS

14: Butters - NO PROBS

15: McCammon - Nuff Said !

16: McPhee - not really been given the chance and now effectively released

17: Carole - has made disparagin remarks to the press about his light-weightedness, but generally NO PROBS I think

18: Jarrett - Never really featured - now totally blown out by McGhee - not sure why - attitude apparently

19: Frutos - regularly slagged off for being the root cause of a goal - usually by his failure to do a defensive job in his own penalty area - here's some news McGhee, he is not a defender! he is an attacking player who creates stuf

20: El-Abd - fell out big time at start of the season and was close to leaving when injury forced his recall to the side - ain';t no right winger though Mr McGhee

21: Robinson - Jake Who? (see Mayo, Nicolas, Turinezo, McPhee etc.)

22: Kazim-Richards - has publically slated in the past, and refused to start him in January because they fell out over something (I heard it was to do with the cup match)

23: Blayney - felt he wasn't given a fair crack by McGhee

23: Loft - NO PROBS (but it's his first job and he's all excited!)

24: McShane - NO PROBS - can't slag him off else he'll get the Fergie hairdryer!

26: Breach : not really applicable - but we don;t know what he might have been able to offer?

27: G .Elphick - Get sent off and cost me a thrashing against my old club Pal - that is the last time you'll wear the shirt.

28: Henderson - NO PROBS

29: Cox - ditto Breach

30: T.Elphick - not really applicable as really a Youth teamer

31: Sullivan - not really applicable

33: Gatting - NO PROBS - but then he's given him a professional contract!

34: Lynch - heard on the radio that he didn't play last week at QPR as a "punishment" apparently - not sure what for but suggests some kind of falling out

40 - Chaigneau - Channel Tunnelgags anyone?

So I make that between 15 - 17 players that he has fallen out with this season

Not bad man-management really is it!?

Can you actually back half these up ??

Lynch was ill for a start off.... thats why he came off against Preston and was ill the following week.

The reason Hart didn't play at the beginning of the season is because McGhee said he needed to work on his fitness which he did and then forced his way into the side

Half the reason you mention are because MM made some comments in the argus...like Hammond should have scored or the goal was conceded because of Fruity missing a tackle..... not slagging players off...mearly stating what all of us had thought at the time

Include Kerry Mayo in that. He works hard and gets back in the team. He has every right to feel agrrieved because he was a regular at this level with Coppell. McGhee doesn't think he is as good (a lot of fans will agree) but you never hear Kezza moaning. He gets on with it and continues to work hard to get back in.

Apart from on the radio a few weeks back

ridiculous.

That list is a joke, basically the only way McGhee can not be accused of falling out with 17 players is to say nothing to the press and never comment on matches..... + come to think of it never leave anyone out.
