I doubt Malta have got anywhere near a major tournament.

So the only correct answers so far are Steve Penney (Mexico 86), and Steve Foster (Spain 82)?

It has been mentioned before but I remember the pride I felt watching Steve Foster play for England in Spain 1982...One of ours !

The way we are going, I am sure that there will be more in the future

Tempered, of course, by Fozzys appearance on TOTP, and the video, of the truly awful This time( we'll get it right), the England 1982 World cup song, for those fortunate enough to have missed it.

And England never conceded a goal in a game when Steve Foster played.
