Haven't seen a thread so here goes.

Stockdale 7- not a lot to do but one really good save with his feet, good kicking and completely mugged there forward off near the end.

Bruno 7- First half was decent like the rest of the team but faded.
BFG 8- played well today.
Dunk 6- some good, some very bad, gave them there goal and should of gave them a pen.
Rosenior 7- steady.

March 9- MOM, great goal, tore lewington to bits at times.
Kayal 8- decent as ever.
Stepehns 7- steady.
Murphy 8- looked dangerous.

Hemed 7- unlucky not to score, needs a goal
Baldock 7- decent running as ever.

on the whole, we didn't play well, but don't think anyone played really badly

This was the game when we could have scored shed loads, but as soon as we allowed MK to score we looked deflated. Gave them way too much space in second half.

Stockdale. Played as a sweeper at times. He is playing with confidence and made a good near post save with his legs when he had to. 8
Rosenior. Dependable and makes good things happen 8
Dunk. The mistake a match thing is getting too predictable. Needs some firm brutal coaching in the break. Not good enough today 4
BFG. Can teach Dunk how to do it properly. Unflustered, neat. Best signing of the summer. 8 MoM
Bruno. Not his finest - some of his positioning was poor by his recent superb standards but his attacking movement is a joy 7
Stevens. Kept the ball moving quickly but at times seemed to lose midfield against a nothing opposition 6
Kayal. Great vision for some passes, but execution not quite crisp today. Good pressing 7
March. Wonderful goal, and a transformed player 8
Murphy. Nice link ups with Rosenior and threatening. Needs to look up a bit more maybe 7
Baldock. For the first time I'm thinking Sam might need to be replaced. 6
Hemed. Gets into the right positions, works hard, can't score which is a problem for a striker. 7

BZ. Looked a bit lumbering today but held the ball up well, and strong 7
Crofts. Shored up midfield at the end 6
Elvis. Very fast and looked stronger than before. 6

Ref: awful and made worse by two clueless assistants

MKD. A bit like MK itself really - nothing and forgettable.

Yet another game of two halves, just like Preston. Brilliant first half when we could have deservedly scored four. Then we let them dominate much of the second half. Something Hughton needs to address urgently.

Stockdale 7. Did what was required. Distribution generally good.
Bruno 5. MOM? What were the sponsors on? Yes, he did some good stuff, but too many misplaced passes. His poorest game for a while.
Dunk 6. A fairly decent game, but clearly was lucky not to concede a penalty.
Hunemeier 7. Strong in defence. Used the ball well.
Rosenior 8. Excellent game. We certainly signed a gem. MOM.
Kayal 7. OK without being at his best.
Stephens 7. Ditto.
Murphy 6. Nicely taken goal, but am expecting more from him.
March 8. Stunning goal and a couple of other decent shots. Looks like he’s coming good.
Baldock 7. Industrious. Needs a goal.
Hemed 7. Ditto.

Subs
Zamora 5. Poor. Didn’t hold the ball up very well. We need more from him.
Crofts 5. Didn’t see a lot from him.
Manu 7. Did enough to make me want to see more of him. Clearly has talent

Bruno 5 sponsors MOTM, FFS. It was his worst game of the season, so many misplaced passes

Dunk 4 at fault for the goal, and lucky not have given away a pen. Come back GG

BFG 7.5 good game, super-solid

Rosenior 7.5 Love him, he's good defending and good going forward

Stephens 6.5 ok but not his best

Kayal 7 decent game, great ball winner

Murphy 6.5 nice goal but not involved enough

March 8 confidence growing, good goal, had their defence on toast, too good, too quick. Just needs to improve final ball and decision making

Baldock 6 usual industrious self but again no end product. Hope injury isn't too bad

Hemed 6.5 lots of lovely touches and hold up play but really needs a goal

Zamora 5 really poor from him. Looks off the pace, stupid booking too

Crofts 6.5 worked hard and has real bite

Manu 6 couple of decent runs, looks to have pace and strength and encouraged by what I saw today but jury still out. Finishing poor. Give him more game time.

Would agree with those completely, can't understand some of the high marks for Bruno gave the ball away cheaply and got beaten all ends up on more than one occasion in the 2nd half, would have been punished by a better side.

Feckin 'Auto Correct' I meant 'mesmerised' but clearly spelt it wrong, so it slung in 'memorised' ....well at least he won't forget where he's left the ball.

I would like, just once, to walk away from a win this season and be happy with our whole performance. It's remarkable how flat and disappointed I feel with the performances served up, given how great the results have been.

For the first 20mins, we were great. But as soon as MK Dons scored, we just completely deflated, not just the players, the fans seemed to, as well, and by the end of the game it felt like one of those matches you're drawing and are looking for a winner.

I'm not sure Zamora and Hemed work as a pairing. The two of them kept making the same runs, going to the same area of the pitch.

Has Dunk gone off playing at the Amex? He was poor yesterday, poor v Preston and Bristol but between those two and yesterday, he apparently put in strong away performances v Reading and Wednesday.

Stockdale - 7 Important save at his near post, and neat footwork. Not as affected by the conditions as the Dons' keeper
Bruno - 5 Gave the ball away/hit it out of play far too often
Huenemeier - 8.5 Had to contend with Bruno and Dunk either side both putting in below par performances
Dunk - 4.5 Based on the last few home performances, he should give way when Greer returns. Was beaten for the goal, should have conceded a penalty.
Rosenior - 8 Strong performance, showed awareness to direct Murphy to cover, key block late on.
Murphy - 8 Strong Performance.
Kayal - 6.5 Not as good as usual
Stephens - 6.5 Not as good as usual
March - 8 Strong Performance
Hemed - 6 It feels like fall-back, cheap analysis to say, but I think it actually applies this time. If he gets one, he'll go on a run (that will probably end and have another drought, then eventually another run, etc)
Baldock - 6 I think Baldock is the example that shows that cheap analysis isn't always true. I don't think he'll go on a run after getting one. But, I think we definitely missed him when he went off. We lost a lot of movement and pressure up front without him.

Zamora - 5 Seemed too distracted by their niggling full back to have any real impact on the game
Crofts - 5 Eh
Manu Not sure he was on long enough to judge him in the long term, but I thought his contribution was generally positive, bar his finishing.
