Sloppy is actually something I pride myself on but lazy:angry: f*** off.

Abort, retry, fail
Kuipers 8.5 - Some oustanding saves to keep Forest out of the game. Couldn't do anything about the Lester goal. That was down to some poor defending and some very good play from Jack Lester

El-Bad Boy 8 - Looked as composed as he ever has, at RB. Won balls in the air and looked threatening pushing forward.
Butters 8 - Won almost everything in the air and looked very solid.
Lynch 8 - Could not have worked any harder. He didn't seem that keen on taking the goal kicks, but did everything he was asked to do. A battling display.
Rents 6 - Perhaps a bit harsh, but he did seem to struggle a bit with the physical side of the game

Ward 8 - Some neat work and a well taken goal. Always looked hungry for the ball.
Bertin 8.5 - Another excellent display from the Frenchman. He must be kept!
Hammond 8 - Captain Fantastic ( ;) ) Broke up Forests' play and scored a great free kick. Always hungry for the ball and linked up nicely with his fellow midfielders.
Cox 8 - Industrious and got involved in everything.

Gatting 6.5 - Struggled a bit with the physical centre backs. Held up the bal well at times, but seemed to be slightly lethargic. Nevertheless, I am confident he will make the grade.
Savage 9 - MOTM. Almost everything he tried came off. Great nutmeg, sidesteps, dummies etc.

Subs:
Revell 7 - A good start to his comeback. Gave 100% and glad to see him back in the shirt.
Elder 6.5 - Still a little raw, but he shows some promising touches.
Fraser n/a - Not on long enough, but he was spurring his team mates on. Showing real passion.

Mrs Frutos 10 - Wow!

Kuipers 9 - Immense today

El-Abd 8 - Very solid
Butters 8 - Also solid, won almost everything in the air
Lynch 8 - One of his better games
Rents 7 - Did okay, didn't do too much

Cox 7 - Good performance, could have done a bit more
Hammond 8 - Very good, his challenges and his passing is great. Took his free kick well.
Bertin 7.5 - Good on the ball, spread the ball well.
Ward 7 - Creative, and did well for his goal, but gave the ball away way too often, and nearly cost us a goal.

Savage 8 - Good game.
Gatting 6 - Quite poor, didn't win much on the floor or in the air.

Subs -
Revell 8 - So relieved he is back. Shows how much we missed him. Won flick ons in the air and good passing in and out of feet.
Elder 7 - Promising signs between him and Savage when Revell moved to the right.
Fraser - Not on long enough

Stewards -10 - :censored:

Fans 8 - Arguement in H block and stewards denied a 10. Woman in front of us smoked alot and my mate was not very pleased. The goal celebrations were quality though.

Am I the only one that thought other than the goal Ward was shocking? He must have lost the ball in a dangerous position about ten times.

He put them in one on one aswell, when we were in a good position. Does misplace his pass a wee bit often.

Kuipers - 7 - Couple of good saves and the one in the first half was superb but didn't really have much to do. Injury was a bit of a strange one hope its not bad

El-Abd - 7 - solid defensive display some of the balls down the line were a bit shocking but did his job
Butters - 8 - Won everything, what else can you say
Lynch - 8.5 - My personal MOM thought he was superb and looked so calm on the ball and didn't let them get a look in
Rents - 7 - Felt quite sorry for him at times but his crossing not up to its usual standard

Bertin - 8 - Superb was in the right place at the right time and seemed to do the simple things very well
Hammond - 8 - Seemed to be everywhere on the pitch and was a true captains display
Ward - 7 - think the goal will really help him, seemed to play really well but then ran into a blind alley and didn't release the ball early enough
Cox - 7 - Started well dissapered and then came back into it

Gatting - 7 - Worked very hard but things weren't coming off for him even the greats have those sort of days
Savage - 8.5 - Great game scared the shite out of the Forest back line they had no idea what he was going to do.

Subs:
Revell - 7.5 - Added a bit more power upfront when he came on and ran around alot not bad considering he was meant to be out for the season
Elder - 7 - Willing him to put the ball in the net, but a very willing worker and linked well with Savage
Fraser - Not enough time was brought on to win the ball which he did

Dean Wilkins - 8 - Could see things were not going well in the first half and changed it

Michel 8 - Even injured the lord can make unbelievable saves. Is there any end to his talent? Quite simply an inspiration, and the catalyst behind recent defensive stability.

El Abd 6 - Good defender, but absolutely apalling distribution of the ball. Call me a traditionalist, but I like professional footballers with some degree of skill when it comes to controlling and passing a football.

Lynch 9 - Back to his best, and today was yet another superb performance.

Butters 8 - Along with Michel and Lynch, he is the third vital part of a rock solid defence (sadly let down by the full backs).

Rents 7 - Perhaps a little weak defensively, but I like his technique and crossing ability. He needs to toughen up, but I think he's a decent footballer.

Ward 7 - I like him. He does give the ball away a fair bit, but only because he is always looking to create something and try something a little out of the ordinary. Some decent shots too, and composed finish for his goal.

Bertin 7 - Quietly effective. We should definitely sign him up for longer. He has a decent touch, and is excellent positionally. Always does the sensible thing, and never gives the ball away.

Hammond 7 - I thought he was a bit anonymous in the first half, but a good second half in which he led well. Bit lucky to score with the free kick though.

Cox 7 - Seems to be threatening to get back into his early-season form. Constantly getting better over the last 2-3 weeks.

Savage 9 - Absolutely brilliant, what we have been crying out for for months. He holds the ball well, he wins everything in the air, he has pace when he's running at defenders, and he gives defenders a tough time. All he lacks is composure in front of goal.

Gatting 5 - Typical Gatting performance really, just without the goal he needs if he is to prove worth a place.

Subs:

Revell 8 - For his first game back, I was impressed.

Elder 7 - Put himself about a bit, and was willing to chase.

Fraser - Not enough time.

Agree with that but would give Kuipers a 7.0/7.5.
Couldn't kick and again tried to drop the ball into the path of a forest player.
