Kuipers 4 - Kicking wasn't out of this world. Seemed like he didnt know what he was doing for parts of the match. One fine save in second half though

O'Cearuill 3 - He plays for Arsenal? Was poor at best. Shame we dont have too many options at the back though.
Lynch 8 (MOM) - Superb at the back. Getting back to the kind of performances we saw from him at the start of the season.
Butters 7 - Mr. Reliable
Mayo 4 - Seemed a bit scared of getting stuck into players. First yellow maybe a bit harsh. Second yellow was stupidity.

Ward 5.5 - Looked ok playing on the right there. At least he knew what way we were attacking.
Bertin 6 - Good solid passes. At fault for the goal but apart from that you cant complain.
El Abd 6.5 - He was good. Nothing spectacular but does the job.
Hammond 7 - Looked like he wanted to win the ball. Passing was good and workrate was excellent.

Cox 5.5 - 110% workrate as usual but nothing special. Maybe the number of games played is catching up with him
Robinson 4.5 - 0 confidence whatsoever. Give him a rest please, Gatting is more worthy of a place than him.

Savage 5.5 - Again defies the laws of gravity and doesnt get off the ground when going for a header. Made a few good through balls but we've seen this sort of player before (Trolley)
Gatting 6 - We looked like a different team when he came on. Really tried his hardest and looked good. Should start again Orient
Rents N/A - Not on long enough

I think our game plan of playing for a 0-0 draw (after all, why else start 4-5-1 with a striker who has not found the net for three months) went down in flames and we did not have a plan B.

Kuipers 5 : should have been punished for woeful pass to Brentford player in first half. Showed a lot of passion, especially at half time and towards their oiks.

O'Caerhill 4: Difficult to work out if he is a worse left back or right back, at times looked as mobile as an Easter Island statue, but with worse ball control.

Mayo 3: Two silly bookings, you don't need experienced players doing things like that.

Butters 7: Solid as always

Lynch 7.5 Looking very strong, having said that, rather disturbing that when B'Ford scored through the middle not a single Albion player within ten yards of the scorer.

Ward 6: Tried a few flicks and feints, none worked, made mistake of passing to FDM in first half.

El Abd 6: Threw himself at everything, needs to add something creative to his game.

Hammond 6: Couple of good headers in second half, looked the player most likely to score.........not that there was much competition.

Cox: 6: Flitted in and out of the game, difficult to work out where he was playing at times.

Bertin 6: Like the other Alexis (Nicholas), tidy and neat but lacks a cutting edge.

Robinson 5: Having to feed on scraps and high balls is not playing to his strengths, but even when one on one with the keeper (and offside) never looked like scoring.

Subs:

Savage 6.5: Won a few balls in the air, nuisance value more than anything else

Rents 6: Best left back of the three we played today

Gatting 5: Not enough time to give a full assessment, but again gave us a marginal improvement when came on.

Crowd 4: Very poor, once game kicked off we had little to get excited about and lost energy as much as the players did.

Ref 4: He may have only had one arm, but he was still a wanker.

From where I was sat I thought that Ward and O'Ceurill had a pretty good understanding going on, some nice passing between them and a fair amount of good comminication, however that all went to seed a bit when they scored and sadly Ward faded out of the game. I thought that it was a bit odd to move O'Ceurill to left back in the second half as he wasn't doing that badly on the right hand side, but never mind. The comments from the Brentford fans as I was leaving were that they were glad Savage hadn't been on from the start as their defence didn't really know how to handle him, maybe he will be for our next game.
Thankfully i didn't go today but on the comentary O'Ceurill sounded bloody awful.

KUIPERS IN POOR GOAL KEEPING DISPLAY SHOCK
He was an embarrassment against Rotherham.

And people thought he was better than Hendo.

My case of Sullivan is getting stronger:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Because individiual players can still perform, but just not as a team.

Why did we go for 0-0...its Brentford for christ sake..and as for the Ref ...talk about a homer...did we get any worthwhile decisions
