Back already, must be the first back

Ankergen - 7.5, would be a 9 if he didn't let in the goal, looked like he got wrong footed! about 4 very good saves.

Painter - 7 - better than his recent games but might be bcos their winger was not quick
Dunk/Greer - 7.5 - both pretty solid
Calderon - 7 - looked better than his recent games

Noone - 8 - troubled their fullback, who was subbed at half time and good finish
Sparrow - 7.5 - stupid booking for throwing ball away, but miles better than dicker, pacey, forward looking player, looked tired at end
Bridcutt - 7 - couple of strayed passes
Harley - 6 - terrible penalty, but some creative moments, needs to work on his team play a bit more

CMS - 7 - worked hard
Hoskins - 7 - some stray passes but a bit more exciting and creative than barnes

Also, Lua Lua was on pitch for 5 minutes and could not have been any worse, not sure what has happened to him, and won't be in the squad with Buckley to come in.

Milwall looked like scoring on every corner / close free kick, not sure why that is? Maybe Ankergen isn't coming to collect, or greer / dunk not doing there job. Draw was a fair result though.

Noone was mom by a mile imo. Harley was f***ing crap 4 max for me. We just dont create anything from the midfield. Nobody runs and attacks the other team except noone. Were missing so many components to make a team.

Ankergren 8. A number of excellent saves. Not sure he could have done much about the goal. Got a hand to it.
Calderon 7. Best game for a while
Greer 7. Solid.
Dunk 8. A couple of errors, but also some timely interceptions. Quality.
Painter 6. OK.
Bridcutt 7. A couple of stray passes, but overall a decent game.
Sparrow 7. Played well. Deserves a run.
Harley 5. Awful penalty. Embarrassingly caught in possession on one occasion. But overall showed more energy than inprevious games and much better second half.
Noone 9. Great goal. Excellent game. MOM.
CMS 8. Plenty of skill, but we need to stop pumping long balls up the field to him. Heis not going to win them and they come right back.
Hoskins 7. Good to see him start. Played well.

Subs:
Barnes 6. Really didn't do anything.
Lua Lua. Only on for 5 minutes. Got knocked off the ball twice. That was it.

I'm sure Gus made the sub because it was Hoskins' first start, but he was better than Barnes was when he came on, and did we need to change a team that was 1-0 ahead?

Ankergren 6.5 - Great first half, second half let him down didnt command his box with crosses and will be disappointed to let in the goal i think
Calderon - 6.5 Solid throughout
Greer - 6 won a lot of headers but that was it needs to lead the team more, the team got too deep in the second half and as captain he takes the blame for that. poor passing as well, needs to learn the 60 yard ball doesnt work without a target man
Dunk - 7, One cracking ball in the first half and won a lot of very good tackles. let himself down with his mistake and booking
Painter 6, he was to hands on all night to try and cover the lack of pace he has, therefore to many silly free kicks given away in good positions. Poor first touch at times as well got us in trouble in the first half
Noone - 8, only player we have willing to run with it and commit defenders, well taken goal sometimes needs to release the ball earlier at times. not a defender he couldnt beat
Bridcutt - 8 started off slow with a few poor touches but as the game wore on he dealt with the Millwall muscle men and was composed thoroughout with his passing
Harley - 5, poor pen and 2 or 3 poor corners, second half was better a few nice touches. i saw this lad play for exeter against bournemouth last season its not the same guy currently
Sparrow - 7, top work rate and with Harley and Bridcutt deeper Sparrow looked to link the play more with CMS, a player that wants to be going forward
Hoskins - 6, few good touches but nothing to write home about obviously he might not be match fit but needs to be involved in the game more as lacked presents
CMS - 7 great work rate, went down for the pen very easily and did have a chance of his own shortly after that. surly he wasnt brought for 2.5 million to chase though

overall decent enough display from a team without a win in 6 but could have been out of it by half time, they had 4 very good chances. when we go 1 - 0 up we get too deep and mess around with the ball at the back, we should be looking to kill the game off and be brave(we need our experience players to stand up as well as Gus). up front we miss Murray (or his type of player) more for his link up play and general involvement then goals, CMS needs someone to feed off. midfield hopefully Harley can prove himself. plus we still look very rocky at the back and proned to errors. as for Casper decent keeper but like any other he wil make mistakes still better then the back up.

Felt Gus could have made changes earlier, Gus seems to wait till its to late to bring on fresh legs (whether thats inexperience time will tell). felt the starting line up was right but i wonder if Gus might slight change the way we play over the course of the season

still another point closer to that magic 50 and staying up

Ankergren - 8 Back to his best with some top saves throughout the game.

Calderon - 6 Average performance
Greer - 7 Solid. One sublime bit of play where he blocked the onrushing striker and instantly sprayed an unbelievable ball for Noone.
Dunk - 6 Solid in the tackle but a few sloppy moments could have cost us.
Painter - 6 Reasonably solid, but with a picky ref gives away too many fouls.

Noone - 8 Top class, we look like we're going to score every time he picks up the ball.
Sparrow - 7 Much better from him
Bridcutt - 7 Very good as usual
Harley - 5 thats a 2 for his first half performance and an 8 for the second half. Enough said.

Hoskins - 7 Looks at home in the team already
CMS - 7 Usual work rate coupled with the assist for the goal.

Thanks for the ratings guys.
I hope Gus continues to give Noone a starting place and not relegate him to the bench again!
