Smith 7 - Looks a good keeper and couldn't be blamed for any of the goals

Whing 6 - Not his best game really was it, but is obviously playing on his weaker side so don't want to be too critical

Tunnicliffe 6 - Jury is out. Looked good in bits but not as good on the ball as we had been told

Elphick 6 - Was playing okay until the sending off, which the ref got wrong

Virgo 5 - Cack at right back and I am getting totally sick of his endless hoofing. Is still a better option there than El-Abd though

Bennett 8 - Looks a very good footballer and delivered some quality crosses

Navarro 3 - Walked onto the pitch at the start of the game. Walked off the pitch at the end of the game.

Crofts 7 - Have marked him up on the basis that he was playing alone in centre midfield until Dicker came on.

Cox 6.5 - No end product but buzzed around a bit and looked lively. Is capable of more.

Forster 6 - Looked less sharp than usual and am worried that the years may finally be catching up with him. Typical quality finish for goal.

Dickinson 5 - Am I missing something? He is a 6ft 6in striker who can't even head the ball, everything bounces off him. Rarely looks in control of anything he is doing. Anyone who thought his goal was good must have been sat in the north stand. HUGE deflection.

Subs -

Wright 6.5 - Little time for impact, but was fairly lively.

Dicker 8.5 - Best player by a mile - WHY DIDN'T HE START?!??!?

Hawkins 10 - Hilarious.

Not according to me or spell check however you may be right:shrug:

I think all ize words can have IZE or ISE, IZE is correct as far as OED but has been stolen by the Americans.

In summary IZE can never be wrong (according to an episode of inspector morse)

Hawkins 5 - EEEEEYOOOOORE. No, I applauded him onto the pitch actually and I was glad to see him back. I'm glad it was him coming on and not El-Abd, to see him sent off straight away was classic.

Poor effort. 1/10

Smith 7 - Looks like a good shot stopper but slightly suspect postioning that showed for the second goal.

Wing 6 - Put in a few good tackles but was fairly quiet.

Elphick 5 - Unlucky with the first yellow and looked solid as ever in the air but made a silly challenge when he knew he was on a yellow.

Tunnicliffe 6 - Looked like he was comfortable with crosses coming in but not with players running at him.

Virgo 7 - Ran his socks off and actually did quite well operating as a wing back when we were down to 9.

Cox 5 - Very quiet and didn't cause Stockport much trouble.

Croft 6 - Looked good for the first 30mins but went missing for a while until we went down to 9.

Navarro 4 - Did fook all bar a few tackles.

Bennet 7 - Looked like he lacked sharpness but bloody hell he can cross a ball.

Forster 6 - Looked off the pace for most of the match and had his peno saved but had his moments.

Dickinson 8 - Looked dangerous and his link up play was brilliant.

Dicker 7 - Very creative and tried to get us going. He MUST start the next match.

Hawkins 0 - Donkey

Wright 5 - Didn't do much and fluffed his chance.

Smith 6 - Blotted his copybook with the second goal. Looks a little short.
Whing 6 - Worked hard. A typically committed performance
Elphick 5 - Might have got away with at least one of those two challenges on another day but can't really have any complaints. Should have been a little more sensible.
Tunicliffe 6 - Promising debut. The long throws don't suit us (you need an Iluwomo).
Virgo 6 - Some high's and lows from the skipper
Cox 5 - busy, but failed to deliver any quality
Crofts 6 - A much better display
Navarro 5 - I fail to see how he get's in the side ahead of Dicker
Bennett 6 - Anonymous for long periods, but that run, interchange with Dickinson and shot is hopefully a sign of what is to come
Forster 6 - Well taken goal. Worked hard, but not fully fit. Unlucky with the penalty
Dickinson 7 - Another great performance, however, I hate seeing big men that fall over like prima donnas. Definitely dived near the end.

Subs
Hawkins - Unrateable
Dicker 7 - The answer (with Crofts? Perhaps Dicker in the holding role with Thornhill)
Wright 5 - Didn't make an impression

Slade 5 - Got the team selection in the centre of midfield wrong. Needs to make sure the defence stops backing off. How can we concede goals like their second with two defence midfielders in the side?

Wasps 2 - Very stingy today

I'm still very optimistic overall. This squad has the kind of talent that we have lacked for a long time. Once we have everyone back and have found the right balance we will be a force to be reckoned with. We're one midfielder and one striker (assuming Murray goes) away from having a great squad.

Worthing
Smith - 7 - Steady debut, good saves, tho too badly positioned for the 2nd.
Virgo - 6 - Worked hard.
Whing - 7 - Felt he played better than against Walsall
Elphick - 5 - Composure went after STockports first goal
Tunnicliffe - 6 - Good throw, backed off too much
Navarro - 4 - Dreadful - for a holding midfield player was often caught upfield.
Crofts - 7 - Ok - being criticised a bit unfairly IMO
Bennett - 6 - Annonymous in the 2nd half. Looked scared.
Cox - 5 - 2nd touch a sliding tackle. No real threat.
Forster - 6 - Worked hard, that's about it.
Dickinson - 8 - MOM for me.

Hawkins - not on long enough
Wright - 6 - on par with Bennett
Dicker - 7 - Should have been in the team all season

Smith 7 ( Impressive,despite all the goals flying in...better than FDM )
Whing 6 ( Steady, but needed back at RB )
Tunnicliffe 6 ( Promising )
Elphick 5 ( Unlucky with 1st booking but reckless with 2nd )
Virgo 5 ( 1.5m to Celtic !!!...back to centre-half )
Bennett 7 ( lots of promise )
Crofts 5 ( clearly can't play alongside Navarro )
Navarro 5 ( same applies....one has to give way for Dicker )
Cox 4 ( Sorry but time has run out for this limited player )
Dickinson 8 ( Strong performance despite being slightly clumsy )
Forster 6 ( Would have got 7 but for penalty miss, which changed game )
Wright 4 ( Overshadowed by Bennett, poor performance )
Hawkins 3 ( 100 seconds of pure unadulterated direness ! )
Dicker 7 ( Justified all claims for inclusion...good player...why the hell hasn't he been playing? )

Smith 5 - at fault for one of the goals. I mentioned in the first half to my mate that he was too far off his line and woe betide. Doesn't come for crosses either. FDM much better. Can see bin fest smth v FDB arguments in coming weeks
Whing 4 - at fault for 1st goal, fell asleep and gave too much room as usual to cross
elphick 4 - silly foul when already on yellow
tunniclffe 6 - good effort, did pump the ball long too much
virgo 6 - limited at rB great shot in second half
cox 6 - one quality cross not on ball enugh
crofts 6 - worked hard especially 2nd half
navarro - 2 game passed him by, unfit
bennett 5 - startred brightly, ineffectual 2nd half
dickinson 6 - good as individual too far from forster to play as a pair
forster 6 - nothing quite came off for him

dicker 10 - get hime in the side, all action display, doesn't give ball away
wright 5 - poor quality crosses
hawkins 0 - at least he will never get near the first team again.

this is all pointless we still lost and russle will still make his choices.

Seriously, Who do you want to make the choices?
Dean & Bob?
Maybe the fans should do it, they know what they're talking about:rolleyes:
Now shall we have the one that gave Dickenson 5 or the one that gave him 10? How about the one who gave Crofts & Navarro 1 or the ones that gave them 7?

On Balance I think maybe Rustle should do it.
