Some people sitting near me yesterday were claiming that he was our best player!

Unbelievable.

As was a bloke on the bus home. I must be watching a different Anyinsah, I don't really see what he offers.:shrug:

He looked good against Man City. That's about it.

I was one of the people SCREAMING out for a winger yesterday. We had Cox and McLeod on the bench, and Micky chose not to use them when we were not offering ANY wide threat. That in itself is criminal. Does he use an 'Etch-a-Sketch' for a tactics board?

Murray - 6 Looked our man most likely in the first half, creating our best chance of the game through both great touch and sheer force of will. Won a decent amount of the second half long punts.

How anybody can give Murray more than a 5 for yesterday's performance is beyond me. The guy has great ability but aside from the chance you mention he just looked disinterested yesterday. OK, the service into him was poor, but his failure to challenge for winnable balls is very disappointing. A good player at this level, but could be a great one with a bit more tenacity.

He didn't have any service at all. You can't knock him for that performance.

I'm not one of those people who would rather have Revell or Savage than Glen, but I do think strikers at this level have to do more than passively rely on service - sometimes this means battling for the ball and going up for the 50/50 headers. If we could land the ball on Glen's head in the 6 yard box on multiple occasions every game, great, but it's not always going to happen. Admittedly he was no worse than Forster yesterday who looked well short of match fitness.

Kuipers - 7 - man of the match, some important saves

Anyinsah - 0 - SHIT. Utterly SHIT. RUBBISH. Send him back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
QUOTE/]

What match were you at?? Kuipers made 2 saves that were more than backpasses and these formed the double save near the end of the game. He did nothing else!!

Anyinsah may not have had the best of games but giving him a zero is taking the piss a bit.

Just my opinion mind

Much more complex than that;
