it was one of the easiest games to referee all season, any of the so called "bad" ones we have had all season would have ref'd equally as good.

2 footballing teams, no diving, play acting.

though the fa and assessors would disagree with you, on one occasion he was wrong in law

a player who has just come on as a substitute, can not take a throw in without being involved in active play before hand.

but like this and a number of laws - a lot of people don't understand

At least twice.

There was a throw in the first half where the ball hit the yeovil player's leg three times before going out, yet he still gave them the throw in.

Kuszczak 6 - Almost cost a goal, otherwise solid enough
Bruno 6 - Minimal attacking threat in comparison to Ward, but tidy as usual
Greer 6 - Passing limited as normal, says a lot that he the Scottish international remained on his favoured RCB position, as the younger Dunk went on his weaker side
Dunk 8 - Excellent in the air and passing so much better than Greer
Ward 7 - Positive and direct. Need to sign him permanently.
Andrews 6 - Always tidy in possession, but often kills any tempo in an attack by dwelling on ball or passing backwards
Stephens 6.5 - Not as much impact as vs. Blackpool, but always looks to pass forward
Orlandi 7.5 - Shows what we've been missing in terms of creativity even if he missed a couple of chances
Lingard 7 - Frustrating player to watch and very lightweight, but always energetic and looks to get in the box at all times
Buckley 6 - Few decent crosses, but doesnt utilise pace enough. Not a bad first game back though
Ulloa 7 - Was always available and created a few openings. Would score more often if we could consistently cross well.

March 6.5 - Energetic and showed a few good touches
Lualua 6 - Poor other than goal
JFC 6 - Tidy enough

I'd swap Dunk and March to 7's but agree with the rest.

And to LURKER - yes I have played football, and everyone I have spoken to about Lingard agrees with me - he tries hard, might be decent in a few years time, but I haven't seen him have one good game yet (I missed the Charlton game).

Its All Too Beautiful
Top Kat 5 -- what's the walkabout all about?
Bruno 7 -- flair
Greer 6 -- solid
Dunk 8 MOTM -- couple of shaky moments in the second half, but sprayed the ball around like a proper footballer, and saved Top Kat from his walkabout
Ward 7.5 -- thank you Stephen
Andrews 6
Stephens 6.5
Orlandi 7 -- quality passing, which is more than we can say for his finishing, but at least he was in the right position
Buckley 5 -- promising in first half, anonymous in the second
Ulloa 6
Lingard 7.5 -- really good movement and persistent running

March 7 -- really looked up for it
KLL 7 -- good time to score a goal
JFC 7 -- very impressive cameo

Yeovil 7 -- good luck to them
Ref 6.5 -- seen a lot worse
Oscar 7.5 -- good line-up, well-timed substitutions

Doncaster ?
Burnley ?

Had we have drawn or lost these ratings for the same performance would have been different. AS for Oscar who with 20 minutes to go in a must win game kept his available striker on the bench and brought on aother midfield player I can't say hs substitutions were inspired, or perhaps he knew Lua Lua would hit a cross that landed in the right place for the first time this season and would go in. This type of performance has happened on many occassions this season and we have lost and the players ratings have been scathing but because we win our judgement is clouded. I am reallyinterested to see what set up Oscar will put out at Forest, because he whole season may well be summed up in one game. There's no escape at Forest we wil see the character of our head coach.

I can only agree with these ratings, it was a poor performance overall and had Yeovil scored on either or both of the shots that hit the crossbar ratings would have been through the floor.
