Kuszczak-7.5- Couple of decent saves, claimed some crosses well
Bruno-6.5-Hoilett seemed to have the measure of him especially in the 2nd half but nice assist
Upson-8-Solid game
Dunk-8-Made some great sliding tackles, decent in the air, good performance
Ward-8.5-MOTM-Very solid defensively, good going forward and a nice goal
Ince-7-Not at his best but did improve in the 2nd half breaking up play well
Andrews-6.5-Quiet game
Buckley-7-Posed a threat but little end product
Lingard-6.5-Thought he lost the ball too often in good attacking areas
JFC-7.5-Another good game from him, seems much improved from a couple of months ago
Ulloa-6-First touch was very poor and didn't seem to win much in the air. Still worried about him but can't complain about his goal scoring record I suppose

Subs: LuaLua-7.5-Gave us more energy in the final third, looked dangerous
Stephens-N/A

Edit: Merge please, apologies.

Kuszczak- 9 my MOM
Bruno- 6 fantastic going forward but at times backed off his player there comes a point you need to stand your ground
Upson-8 Did not put a foot or head wrong
Dunk- 7.5 very good game learning from Mr Upson
Ward-8 Another fine performance
Ince- 8 At times looks like Bambi on ice but some how comes away with the ball he is going to be a very good player
Andrews-6 works very hard just wish he would take a shot when he has the chance
Buckley- 7 At last starting to look like the player we all know he can be now please stay fit
Lingard-6 works hard main attribute from what I can see is his speed but he is a little bit light weight at times
JFC-6 fine player but I feel Stevens is a better option when fit
Ulloa-7.5 does what it says in the song scores a goal a game, he is getting fitter worked hard with no protection from the referee

Subs: LuaLua-7.5- never seems to be able to do what he did when he starts a game but as a substitute he is devastating made a huge impact
Stephens-6 Played a little cameo role glad he appears over his foot injury as I think he has a big part to play as the season draws towards the end

Management team- 7.5 did what was required to beat a very good team and the 2-0 score flattered us a bit but hey ho can we play you every week can we play you every week

The back five and particularly PIG and the two centre halves were immense.

Ince and JFC toiled manfully and didn't look out of place against a very strong midfield.

Andrews looks like a player past his best, the brain knows what to do but his body won't let him, in fairness to him though he protected the back four well at times, but his no Liam Bridcutt.

Buckley was the pick of the forwards especially first half.

Puzzling MOTM decision as Ulloa was poor tonight but his a natural goal scorer and was in the right place after fine work from Andrews and Bruno.

I was quite frustrated by our performance this evening. I thought we were far too slow, not just to attack, but to do anything. No movement or anything to offer options for throw ins or goal kicks. Took until mid-way through the second half for a shot on target. Little attacking intent until the last 15 minutes. I think my generous marking saturday has taken all my positivity. Maybe.

Kuszczak 7 - struggled to hold shots, poor distribution
Bruno 7 - great cross for the goal, and some decent late tackles, but als lost the ball too easily, tried to be too cute
Dunk 7.5 - confident performance
Upson 7.75 - good performance, supported Dunk well
Ward 7.75 - good performance, good goal
Ince 7 - struggled to control the ball
JFC 7 - kept running into dead ends, tried to be too cute at times
Andrews 6.5 - Wasted being so far forward, not an attacking player
Lingard 7 - Did well to keep trying despite the ref allowing their players to continually foul him
Ulloa 7 - good position for the goal, some clearing headers, terrible puling out of a tackle at one point, but not particularly great
Buckley 7 - Good, seemed to tire at points

Lualua 6.5 - didn't use his speed much, but added a bit of a threat, low mark mainly because of little time on the pitch
Stephens - No on long enough

I'll add these from the other thread:

PIG 8
Bruno 7
Dunk 7.5
Upson 8
Ward 9
Andrews 6
Ince 9 MOM
Jfc 7
Buckley 7
Ulloa 7.5
Lingard 6.5

Lualua 8
Stevens N/A

Oscar 9

I'd along with this except

Bruno 7.5
jfc 8

Kuszczack 8. Some very good and crucial saves and confident in his ball handling. One or two poor kicks. MOM
Bruno 5. Usual Bruno. One or two moments of sublime skill and a great cross for the 1st goal, BUT defensively he was poor again. Heart in the mouth stuff every time he is defending.
Dunk 8. Very good game. Should keep his place.
Upson 8. Very good game.
Ward 8. Great goal. Strong defensively and got forward well.
Andrews 4. Too many passes to the opposition and crap decision-making when he got forward.
Ince 7. Not his best 1st half, but much improved in the 2nd when he looked back to his best.
JFC 7. Decent enough game.
Buckley 8. Great to have him back in the starting eleven. Looked to be back to his best with some lovely touches.
Lingard 6. Lost the ball too often. Was expecting more from him and still waiting.
Ulloa 6. Nicely taken goal (but a tough one to miss), but apart from that he was often unable to trap the ball effectively, some of his passing and decision-making was poor, and the shot he ballooned over the bar in the 1st half was embarrassing.

Subs:
KLL 7. Looked lively. Lovely corner for the goal.
Stephens - not on long enough.

Manager 8 for a) dropping Lopez, b) making the right substitutions.

Excellent summary Sir

Kuszczak- 8.5 Best performance I've seen from him in ages. Commanded the area and dealt with some good shots. Kicking also improved. Please sign a new contract.
Bruno- 7.5 Great first half. A bit dodgy at times in the second but he still did his job. And one bit of magic.
Upson- 8 As usual, a very solid performance.
Dunk- 8.5 I hope he keeps the shirt.
Ward- 8.5 Brilliant today.
Ince 7 Not at his best but still good.
Andrews- 7.5
JFC - 7.5
Ince, Andrews and JFC did very well against the best midfield in the division. They worked very well together.
Buckley- 7 Looked a threat but did not produce much. Good to him back and running past players.
Lingard 7 Worked hard and looked dangerous. He looks promising.
Ulloa- 7 Good but never MOTM.

Subs: LuaLua 7 Gave them something else to think about.
Stephens- Not on long enough to judge.

With 8 as influential and 9 as match winner.

Team performance 9

Oscar Garcia: team selection and tactics 10

Mostly, I am apt to give everyone 7. This time it was different. Some Albion players were technically deficient and QPR exposed these shortcomings.

Tomas -9- motm . Saved everything put at him and commanded the area
Bruno -5- right, yes he set up the goal but his defending was awful, backing off and getting caught in posession
Dunk -7- Elphick-esque performance. Got stuck in threw himself in front of ball. Proper defending
Upson -7- did well as captain
Ward -9- been our most consistent player all season and good to see him score
Ince -7- still getting used to the sight of him striding across the pitch. Love it!
Andrews -6- did better when played deeper in second half
JFC -7- always wanted the ball. Decision making a bit suspect sometimes.
Buckley -7- faded in and out of game but good to see him back
Ulloa -6- real poachers goal but did look tired throughout game
Lingaard -6- showed glimpses that he can help us in the run in

Kaz -7- changed the game he is our super sub
Stephens -n/a

Odd one, we were very poor, solid but poor and looked a like a matter of time before they scored the goal as we clearly weren't. We looked really poor going forward as Lingaard struggled to get involved in a meaningful way and our midfield three were solid but had no creativity.

tk - 8 some great stops . kicking suspect, one that led to a dangerous attack from them . commanded area well
Bruno - 7 great skills and vision and some good tackles but always made me feel nervous
upson 7 - solid
dunk - 8 first start was excellent
ward - 7 good
Andrews - 6 got stuck in a bit
ince - 6 - not as good recently as he has been
jfc - 8 mom for me best game ive seen him play
buckley - 7 not at his best but if he can improve on that we may have the old buckley back
lingard - 7 tracks back well and covers a lot of ground . sometimes trips over the ball but obviously a good player
Ulloa - 6 works hard and got in the position to score but thought he was pretty poor . how he got mom is beyond me . oh yeh , he scored!

stephens -6 good sub to bring on to shore things up
kaz - 7 hes been a bit quiet last few games but that's why we love him . took the game to them when they were chasing it and got an assist
