From a stream:

Ryan 8 MotM -- so solid
Bruno 7 -- ole
Duffy 7 -- also solid
Dunk 7 -- also solid, but gave away too many fouls to the canny Ashley Barnes
Bong 6 -- solid, but poor crossing. Shamefully booed by the dreadful Burnley fans
Knockaert 7 -- did OK, insufficient quality when it really mattered; his crossing also needs improving
Stephens 6 -- not his best passing game
Kayal 7 -- put himself about a lot, and used his body well, another one lacking in quality when it really mattered
Izquierdo 6.5 -- some dangerous moments
Gross 8 -- great industry, and showed his quality
Ulloa 5 -- just too slow, not just in terms of pace but with his moveemnt

Murray 7 -- caused more danger
March 7 -- good cameo

Cracking point.

Ryan - 9 - Kept us in it, good punching.
Bruno - 7 - Not troubled.
Duffy - 7 - As above.
Dunk - 6 - Bullied by Barnes must be said.
Bong - 6.5 - Solid but poor crossing.
Knockaert - 6 - Worked hard but little joy.
Stephens - 7 - Couple of shaky passes early on.
Kayal - 7 - Busy.
Izquierdo - 6.5 More dangerous than AK.
Gross - 6.5 - Gets bypassed in scrappy games.
Ulloa - 5 - Nothing would stick to him.

Murray - 6 - Made little difference
March - 7 - Couple of good runs
Schelotto - N/A

Need to learn how to cross.

I thought Stephens was the stand out player for either team, excellent today, breaking up play, and finding the right ball , most of the time

8 1/2 for me.

Still, it’s a game of opinions

For me Duffy was immense as was Dunk.
Loved their performances today

Ryan - 8. Too short.

Bruno - 7. Love him.
Dunk - 7. Had a battle on his hands today and won it. Just.
Duffy - 8. Won everything that came at him today.
Bong - 6. Good defensively, but poor crossing.

Knockaert - 6. Put in a shift today.
Stephens - 8. Best player on the pitch today. Hope Dyche doesn't come sniffing with the lure of European football.
Kayal - 7. Will hopefully keep the shirt.
Izzy - 6.
Gross - 7. Classy.

Ulloa - 5. Sadly not his day today. I'd like to see Locadia get some game time ahead of Ulloa now.

Thought this as well. Stephens dominated the midfield today; it was one of his best performances this season.

For the first time ever, I agree with every word you've posted.

Ryan MoM for me; Stephens, Duffy & Dunk all good. The rest were ok, with the exception of Leo, who was really quite poor in the main - his first touch in particular having the lightness of touch and precision accuracy of a wrecking ball.

I thought Burnley were very disciplined in defence. We got our usual number of breakaways from an attack if theirs, but they always had sufficient cover to snuff us out.

Having not seen a replay - I thought it was a Dunk handball for their big pen shout - did we get away with one there?

Whilst the ball did hit his hand, in real time it was just so fast and close that there's no way the ref could call it.

I wonder if he was started today to see if he was worth a contract, it seems he probably isn't.

That was my assumption too; and conclusion. Perhaps worth another shot or two? After all, we’re not expecting anything from the last two games. But Murray to start for United.

I thought Kayal was really good and MotM, Pascal as energetic as ever. Stephens is essential to our style of play. We miss Propper and Ulloa was pony.

I’d mark Murray down for missing the pen...unless you mean Burnley (a)

Ah the Sunday Morning pedant.
