Stockdale 9 JMotM -- at least one worldy, probably three, kept us in it. I'm not going to blame him for their goal. Although I haven't seen a replay, there were all sorts of things going on with that.
Bruno 7 -- poor first half, better second half
Duffy 8.5 -- rock ...
Dunk 8.5 -- ... solid; although I did think he was winding himself up for a brain fart
Bong 5 -- see Bruno, except shocking first half
Knockaert 5 -- one good run, and one good pass, but too weak beyond that
Sidwell 6.5 -- see Bruno
Stephens 6.5 -- see Bruno
Murphy 7 -- I love the way he picks up the ball, and just runs with it directly. A few weak challenges
Baldock 9 JMotM -- thought he was well up for it in the first half, with lots of running, movement, lay-offs, and was a revelation in the second: one cracking goal, one cracking assist, and pulled their defence apart
Murray 7 -- cracking finish, but dreadful first half

Skalak 6.5 -- did OK
Norwood n/a

Fulham were fantastic, and should have been away from us, but Stockdale kept us in it. Could do with signing Cairney in January, to go with our top striker signing

Fulham were very impressive first half and bossed the game. Second half the game got a bit more physical and Fulham tried to mix it with us, which was their undoing.

This is the most streetwise Brighton team I've seen since the Cullip & Oatway Micky Adams day, the only difference being we've got a lot more quality all over the pitch.

We bullied Fulham out of their rhythm and they seemed to lose their composure and fatigued as the match progressed.

I thought Dunk & Duffy as always were absolute class.

Stephens had his worst game for some time and I hope it's just a blip rather than lack of motivation after the summer's events.

Ok I take it you will be dropping Stephens also then!
If going by poor games - Stephens has had a few now.
Bong is the whipping boy, yet Stephens and others seem to escape when playing poorly. Strange everybody complaining about Bong, and not a mention re Stephens and others were poor.
Today, first half all were poor bar Dunk/Duffy.

stockdale - 7 - mixed bag. some great saves but distribution poor at times and lord only knows what was happening with the goal
Bong - 6 - poor first half, much better second. Supported Murphy well
Bruno - 5 - got sucked inside far too often. Aluko gave him a torrid time
Duffy - 9 - immense MOTM
Dunk - 8 - excellent

Sidwell - 6 - won the ball a lot but did little with it
Stephens - 5 - a repeat of villa. Silly booking
Knockert - 5 - see Stephens
Murphy - 6 - better than AK but unconvincing

Baldock - 9 - an assist, a goal and hit the post. Some great runs
Murray - 7 - overshadowed by baldock but a delightful finish. Was he offside? The linesman seemed to be making it up as he went all by so who knows?

Norwood - 6
Skalak - 5 - brought on to sure up the right hand side. Failed to do so

I thought we were fortunate today

March - 5 - terrible decision making when he could have rolled the ball to Murray to kill off the game

Stephens has played poorly for 2 games, but also single handedly won us the game against Wigan. Bong has had about 3 good games all season. He is not a 'whipping boy' or 'scapegoat' just playing poorly for an extended period
