I listened on the radio while watching the Reading game, so have none to offer, but anyone who watched the game have ratings? (preferably proper ratings not a bunch of "heroes, the lot of 'em, 10s all round!")

Definitely not 10's all round.

The result was a 10!

PIG: 6. Didn't have a lot to do, but will be haunted by his howler for the goal. I'm not going to give him a stupid 1 or 2 as that was his only blot.
Calderon: 6.5 Good going forward, but went missing a couple of times positionally and allowed them in, meaning Greer had to cover.
Upson: 7. Solid
Greer: 6: Gave the ball away a few times in dangerous situations.
Ward: 8. Did really well down the left, both forward and back. Lovely finish for the goal too.
Orlandi: 6 Didn't affect the game as much as we've seen him in the past, but set pieces were good.
JFC: 6. Really didn't notice him all that much.
Andrews: 6.5 Did what he had to do without standing out.
Buckley: 6.5 Had the ball in promising situations but couldn't get the better of Harding. He doesn't have that turn of pace he used to.
Lingard: 6. Disappointing, seemed isolated out on the left and struggled to affect the play
Ulloa: 6.5 half a point for the goal, but lost points for being rather ineffective otherwise

Lua Lua: 7. Still needs another dimension to his game, but did well and gave us a threat.
March: 6.5 Would have been higher but for his dive after such good work on the left. Played without fear.
CMS: 7. Took up good positions and his cross for the goal was sublime

Oscar: 8. Wasn't certain about the midfield to begin with (little dynamism but when lacking Stephens he is scuppered) but made good subs at good times.

Kusch - 5 un characteristic error & punched a fee he could've caught
Calde - 5 un characteristically panicked in the ball
Wardy - 6 poor game by the high standard he's set - extra point for the goal
Greer - 4 had a mare
Upson - 6 Fairly solid
Buckley - 5 seems to have lost some pace & confidence again
Andrews - 6 Compared to his last 5 games he played like Gerrard - still not good enough for this level IMO
JFC - 6.5 battled well & ran a lot
Lingard - 5 lightweight at times & didn't work for him
Orlandi - 5 didn't look fit
Ulloa - 5 had a shocker but did the business when it mattered

KLL - 7 brought something different
March - 7 as above and wasn't afraid to run at them
CMS - 7 worldy of a cross

Prob been a bit harsh but fact is we didn't play that well & looked nervy. Couldn't care less though as got the result we needed!

Ulloa MOM???

Apart from heading the winner he was toilet.

Everyone was a 7 for me, can't single out anyone who was outstanding. Good all round

Special mention for the Lualua run that led to the second goal, and Buckley winning the corner for the first.

A downer on Andrews for failing to clear properly leading to the Forest goal.

for Forest Harding played exceptionally well and Mackie did not do too badly.

Be fair with the exception of Ward (as usual) everyone was pretty shithouse.

But they still all get 10's.

PIG - 5 (using 6 as the base +1 for each of two good saves, -3 for an absolute howler for the goal
Calde - 6 (solid but a little less going forward than usual)
Upson - 6.5 - solid
Greer - 6 - generally solid but still panics in possession too much
Ward - 7.5 MOM
Andrews - 6.5 - did ok
JFC - 6 - we look a lot less dynamic with him in the side for Stephens, does what he does ok but no threat going forward
Orlandi - 6 - doesn't look match fit
Buckley -5.5 - seems to have lost the pace which made him dangerous, worrying
Lingards - 6 - ok but doesn't look like a future prem star
Ulloa - 7 - will get a lot of stick on here I'm sure, and the early miss was poor but though he held it up well and the run and drive he showed for the goal was top drawer

Lua lua - 7 - carried a threat
Solly - 7 - more of a threat than orlandi and some good set pieces
CMS - 7.5 - what a cameo!!

The result and finish was fantastic, but I felt the performance was poor.

For me our midfield needs to get a whole lot better in the next 8 days, if we are to progress....... And needs an overhaul in the Summer, no power at all, we miss Ince when he doesn't play.

Kuszczak - 5 - Oh dear, was fine other than that goal.
Calderon - 5 - Chased the ball too much, lost our shape, though did have a good shot. Would put him in midfield.
Ward - 8 - Did nothing wrong, capped it off with a great goal - MoM
Greer - 6 - Steady, though strange header to Cox near the end, but redeemed himself
Upson - 7 - Mr Dependable
JFC - 5 - Just too lightweight and never really in the game
Andrews - 6 - Tried to drive the team forward, but careless at times. Provided god cover for the CBs
Orlandi - 6 - Set pieces ok
Buckley - 5 - Put in a shift but not good enough, by his standards
Lingard - 5 - nervous throughout, should have been replaced at h/t.
Ulloa - 6 - great goal, otherwise not too good.

KLL - 7 - looked more dangerous with him on. Great shot and played a part in the goal
CMS - 7 - just for the cross. (A 10 minute 7............ I know, sorry Acker)
March - 6 - tried hard.

Oscar - 7 -

Ref - 9 - One of the better ones, I believe we've had 4 in decent ones, in 46 games......

Kooshack 5 proper howler, but was assured after
Calderon 6
Ward 7 good finish and solid display. Only blot was that he got wrong side of their attacker for the goal
Greer 5 gave the ball away a few times and didn't look too assured
Upson 7 solid, played well
Jfc 6 rarely goes forward but made some important tackles at important times. Yellow card was one of those
Andrews 6 worked hard but sloppy clearance led to goal
Orlandi 4 worst game I've seen him have. Excellent when fit, but clearly isn't match fit
Buckley 5 has completely lost his pace it would appear. Had a great chance but fluffed it. Nowhere near as good as he once was
Ulloa 6 great goal but not much else today from the big man. Moans far too much.
Lingard 4 not effective at all and correctly replaced.

March 6 looked bright when introduced and set up Buckley perfectly.
Cms 6 great cross for ulloa. 100% energy and fight. Good to see him fit again

PIG 5.5 A bit lucky we won the game
Calde. 6.5 Unlucky with the volley
Greer. 5 Nearly fainted when watching him at times
Upson. 7 SOLID
Ward 8.5. MOTM an extra 0.5 for the goal
Andrews 6. Unspectacular but did his job. -0.5 for giving the ball away before they scored
JFC. 5.5. Meh. Didn't do much
Buckley. 6 The most frustrating player today
Lingard. 6. Spent a lot of time on the floor, but looked quite threatening
Orlandi. 6. Good delivery, average everything else
Ulloa. 5/10 performance, 10/10 timing.

CMS. 7 Top cross
Lualua. 5.5. OK
March. 7. Made an impact

Kooshack 5 awful mistake but recovered well
Calderon 6.5 ok but better going forward
Ward 7 MoM very good going forward
Greer4 Very poor game. Gave the ball away far too much
Upson 7 Good game needs to be captain
Jfc 4 No creativity and doesn't show any authority which a CM needs to do.
Andrews 6 Worked hard but messed up clearance led to goal
Orlandi 4 Should not have played.Great player last year but this season has been injured or poor.
Buckley 4 I cannot believe this is the player who saved us in our first game at the Amex. Shadow of what he was.
Ulloa 6 good finish for his goal. Awful for his miss in the first few minutes.
Lingard 4 Poor- especially his crossing.
March 6 Good impact but is he best wide or central?
Cms 6 Made the winner, shows the urgency we are missing.

Oscar and Nathan 4 -Team did not seem set up in terms of motivation. No urgency and it seemed no passion until the 90th minute.
