Ankergren mom for me what a great keeper. Thought sandaza gave it everything and looked quite good. Biggest disappointment for me was noone, his control and first touch was awful tonight.

Worst game Dicker has ever had for us IMHO.

Ankergren and Kish when he came on were outstanding

Ankergen was brilliant, definitely MOM. Apart from him, I thought Elphick was superb, didn't put a foot wrong all game. Murray was good as usual. Apart from that, I'd say that everyone did well enough without excelling too much, apart from maybe Dicker who had a poor game today. From what I've seen of him, He seems to either be absolutely brilliant, or terrible.

I thought, from the subs, Sparrow and Kish were solid, and Wood did very well, looked energetic and had we been pushing forward more, I think he would've caused their defense a lot of problems.

Outstanding effort by all the team tonight. You have to give credit to Dagenham who gave it everything - can't see many teams picking up points there(reminded me of Wimbledon of old) We couldn't get our passing game going because of their effort plus poor pitch and a ball that was pumped up like a balloon. One bit of class finishing settled it and stopped the moron in front of us giving Murray stick.

Our lads looked completely knackered as the game went on - if we get something at Rochdale it will be a super human effort. Best players - Ankergren & Elphick.

Really pleased big Casper is getting these ratings. I thought he was imense tonight.

Finally it seems the ghost of Kuipers has been laid to rest. If Kuipers was in goal tonight, he'd be making saves left right and center, but the big Dane plays much better without having to make the great saves. He bosses that defence, and run the show tonight, just as a top rate keeper should. I dont think a new keeper will be on Gus' shopping list for the summer.

Thought Dicker was shocking tonight. He's either the best player in the league, or a liability, and tonight he was defo the weak link.

Also not convinced by Greer. Great footballer, but does seem to lose a lot in the air. I'd be very disappointed if I was Tommy Elphick and had to make way for El-Abd. I'm starting to wonder if Greer is one of our best two center halfs.

Casper - 8 Made some very good saves and another clean sheet
Calderon - 7 Didn't see as much of him going forward, but solid at the back.
Painter - 8 Brighton's best outfield player this evening. Mr reliable nothing got past him.
Greer - 7 Along with Elphick battled well as Dagenham threw ball after ball into the box.
Elphick - 7 See above, distribution like Greer wasn't great this evening.
Bridcutt - 7 Had a good game and had to play with Dicker who had a mare
Dicker - 3 Great player, but had a shocker.
Bennett - 6 Worked hard but most of his best work was done in a defensive role
Noone - 6 Worked tirelessly, but the pitch and the service out to him wasn't great. To many balls aimed to him in the air.
Sandaza - 5 Poor 1st half, improved in the 2nd, but not good enough as a starter. Inside the 6 yard box good player but pretty average outside.
Murray - 7 Great finish for the goal, and took the pressure of the team in the 2nd half with intelligent hold up play.

Kish - 8 Not far from being MOM even though he played 30 minutes. Ball retention and decision making is sheer class.
Wood - 7 Lively will surely start Saturday
Sparrow - 6 Not enough time to impress

Awful first half performance, improved enough after the break to claim the 3 points. Felt we struggled with the pitch and also playing two out and out wingers. Once Bennett moved more infield we seemed to play a lot better.
