Isnt it rather ironic that we improved on Saturday when Gus made the substitutions some of them kept their place and the players they replaced were on the bench, but once again when we improved when those 3 came on last night.

Ankergren is as solid and dependable a keeper since we had joe corrigan. 8

Take it you never saw Beeney then?

As for the match, I think Kishishev looked poor because he had no support from Sparrow whom I don't think completed one successful pass. On Saturday, Kish and Dicker looked good (despite Dicker having a mare in the first half) and I would put them as the starting two in the centre.

Sandaza is clearly not up to speed and did nothing yesterday. Not dissimilar to Saturday other than he scored from one yard out then. Hopefully we have yet to see anywhere near the best of him. Barnes played well and was unlucky not to have a couple, again similar to Saturday. Clearly Murray is the first pick up front with Barnes. Hopefully Holroyd will come back, come on in an away game and score and thereafter never look back.
