Bissouma much the same, flatters to deceive but harder to criticise as he at least puts a shift in despite looking like a dog without a leash..

I agree with most of what you’re saying tonight but I feel Bissouma has talent. He needs to work on his tackling, and shooting....mainly when to...and not to...and I think he’ll be a great asset. I just hope out coaching staff see this and can remedy this.

Agreed, he has massive potential and produced the best moment we had in the match.

I just think he is a bit raw to play in games such as this (at least for the full 90) where so much is riding on it.

That said, nothing would please me more if he smashes one in on Tuesday and shuts me up.

Bissouma, Bernardo deserve something approaching a 4. Stephens had a decent first half so probably deserves a 3. But the rest are 1s and 2s. Duffy in particular showed why he’ll never take a step above us with an abject performance and Dunk was bullied by his England’s colleague. Andone also had an absolute shocker; albeit that’s caveated with the point that we played like we had Murray up front rather than him when they’re two totally different strikers.

But can I give CH negative marks? I appreciate they should’ve had a man sent off at 1-0 which may have altered the game if CH ever showed any interest in altering the flow of games, but he got absolutely everything wrong today, AGAIN!

I’m actually glad he was on the bench today, so that some of you don’t blame the loss on him, and you hopefully start seeing some of the midfield and defensive tasks he does well that are sorry missed in his absence.

Must be dull watching a team and only being interested in one player in the squad, especially when he doesn’t play

B'mouth got Wilson from Coventry for less than £4m and Brooks from Sheff Utd for £11m, both miles better that the £30m we spent on AJ and JL. WTF are our recruitment team doing?

Actually I find your post extremely offensive. It's almost like. "Don't care if the team loses and deserves all it gets if Jahanbaksh doesn't play" This is a squad of players. When the team loses. Everyone loses. I am a big fan of AJ . He is a great footballer but his failings to find an "end product " recently . This in part has lead to seeking an alternative solution yesterday up front.

Ali will come good as a player at Brighton but to sort of gloat at the defeat because he didn't play isn't all that nice to read on this forum.

Maybe once Ali contributes like he is part of a team. Perhaps his fans will also ?

Which ignores the defensive side of our CM. Stephens will in effect have to keep handling that on his own, if Gross and Propper are ahead of him, both having no pace, especially when teams counter attack us en masse.

DS was OK in his role, but was overrun by a pacey CM three, whilst Bissouma was attacking with his pointless (blocked) pot shot worldies and Propper was jogging back at 5mph.

I had a few DS criticisers around me in the NS, they were waiting to pounce on any DS errors, but even they couldn't say a thing. But they were bloody angry with Andone, Propper, Montoya.
