Let's try be positive...

Kuipers - 8 - Solid and a great take in the 1st half when he flattened Whing

Richards - 7 - Last game i went to vs Huddersfield he did too many long balls but there wasn't too many last night - we played neat football on the deck...

Butters - 8 - Solid. Always makes me laugh how he wins headers usually without jumping. Despite being older and slower he made an excellent block in the 1st half and wasn't outpaced - well dne Guy

Elphick - 8 - Did nothing wrong and was solid. A thumping tackle on Zola as well...

Whing - 7 Looks amazing or poor at times. A few loose balls and should have at least jumped for a header that they won in the box to set up a chance but was OK...

Cox - 8 - Tried hard and involved in some good flowing moves

Thomson 7 - Solid as was El Abd but they're too similar to play together in midfield unless you play an attacking one in front of them both...

El-Abd - 7 - Same as above. Battled well as always...

Bowditch - 7.5 - Great 1st half but wasn't so prominent in 2nd - a good signing though Mr Wilkins

Forster - 8 - Great alround captains performance. The most threatening player by far. Great run in 2nd half - see strikers - run at defenders and they'll be scared!

Murray - 6 - You really can see the boys got quality but wasn't his night. Head up though Glen - we know you can do it! Fans be patient!

Subs:
Hart - 6 - Not in the game enough but has been out a while and out of the team...
Mayo - Can't mark but good header Kezza...
Robinson - Should have come on up front as his movemnet would have caused problems...

Worthing
For what its worth....

Kuipers - 7- commanded his area
Whing - 5 - looks shaky to me at times (at the moment)
Elphick - 6 - steady
Butters - 7 - great positoning
Richards - 6 - steady
Bowditch - 6 - sorry disappointed me, didn't go round anyone in the 2nd half.
El-abd - 6 - did his job effectively, lucky not to be booked. Dives in too much
Thomson - 7 - first time I've seen him.
Cox - 5 - flitted in and out of the game
Murray - 4 - sorry I missed his home debut, sure this is a one-off. looks unfit. Forster - 6 - good run

Hart - 4 - usual effort, but ineffective
Mayo - 5 - not on to make suficient judgement

This was a boring game. I'm sure with a full strength team (esp midfield) we would have created more. El-Abd and Thoimpson are too similar, but at the moment it comes down to available personnel.

Just so diappointed......

Referee - 3. Too pernickety, inconsistent.
Linesman - 3 - very poor.
