Basically we continued where we left off at Millwall. Shocking.

Ryan 6. Looked like no chance with the goal. Otherwise shot stopping OK, but distribution poor.
Montoya 5. A couple of bits of skill, but overall not good enough.
Dunk 5. Well below early season standard. Not surprising left out of England squad.
Duffy 6. OK
Bernardo 6. OK
Stephens 4. Very poor. Caught on the ball a couple of times, some awful passing, constantly chose to move the ball back instead of forwards. Stephens at his worst.
Bissouma 5. Some decent stuff in the first half, but saw less of the ball in the second half. Poor decision making … shooting instead of passing. One woeful crossfield ball into touch.
Propper 4. Not one of his better games.
Knockaert 5. Usual mix of good and bad, with not enough of the good.
Jahanbach 4. Flashes of skill, but overall a poor game and responsible (I think) for giving the ball away for their goal.
Murray 4. Not his day.

Subs:
March 5. Didn't do enough.
Locadia 6. Looked as though he could have made a difference if given more time.

Deepest, darkest Sussex
Ryan - 5 (kicking enormously suspect but kept being put under pressure)

Montoya - 4 (kept losing his man, marking first half was abysmal)
Dunk - 4 (maybe try passing it forward once or twice, Lewis?)
Duffy - 5 (you too, Shane?)
Bernardo - 7 (enterprising both halves, nice touches, our only decent player on the day)

Knockaert - 3 (drifted in and out of the game, didn't do much of note bar the odd run)
Stephens - 2 (looked like he was trying to get himself sent off)
Propper - 2 (did SFA)
Bissouma - 4 (decent first half, gave the ball away then played rubbish, STOP ****ING SHOOTING!!!)
Jahanbakhsh - 5 (thought he was better than some are suggesting, still poor though)

Murray - 5 (might as well have bought his pipe and slippers)

Subs;
March - 3 (absolutely abysmal, seemed determined not to cross at any point)
Locadia - 6 (at least he tried)

Hughton - 4 (only two subs, tactically naive)

Knockaert 6 (purely for effort)
Stephens 4 (booking effected game should have been subbed for Kayal)

Locadia 7 (would have made a difference)
March 4 (simply awful)

CH 3.

Apart from Bissouma and Bernardo, and possibly March for his cameo - shocking, absolutely shocking.

Hughton - 1

He has less effective on proceeding once the game has kicked off than Gus Poyet had. And I never felt we would see someone as clueless on making tactical changes mid-game then that P.rick

March was 100% useless, I’d much rather AJ had stayed on in hindsight

March? Really? Clueless as the rest of the them. What gets me is they are not clueless, so why is it going so wrong, there is some ineptitude happening somewhere.

It was Bissouma who gave the ball away that led to the goal

Absolute shambles. Bissouma looks very promising but faded as the game went on and his decision making had been very poor at times... Other than that, just so poor all over the park

What have our tactics actually been this season? Wait until we're behind then have a go? It really seems like it if you look back at well over half our games this season. We've done very well to reach the cup semis, but performance wise we've been dreadful 90 odd % of our games this season.

What has changed at home especially this season? We haven't been anywhere near as solid/as much of a threat as we were last season

The last sentence you typed is the thing. We have gone backwards, we haven't progressed.

Well, it looks like there are serious failings in the coaching/management of the team.
