brez 7.5 - looks more confident

calderon 6 - 3 rubbish crosses, but wasn't troubled much by scannell
greer 7 - solid, could have done more in palace's box on two occassions
dunk 7.5 - solid
el abd 6 - got done a few times by Zaha but expected, but on his wrong side

bridcutt 8 - cleaned up everything
sparrow 6 - not his best game but like buckley bobbly pitch didn't suit his game with his breakaway runs
navarro 7 - solid, just can't shoot!
buckley 6.5 - not his best game, bobbly pitch didn't help, won a pen and gave away a pen
barnes 8 - worked hard, won a few tackles and several great through balls

cms 6 - not happening for him as lone striker. almost scored with a good move in first half though.

vokes, toby both looked quite good too.

I'll give it a go:

Brezovan - 7 - confident catching, one very important save
Calderon - 7 - high mark for linking up with Buckley. Still looks weak defensively to me
El Abd - 6 - got passed a few times, but did okay, considering out of position
Greer - 7 - very solid
Dunk - 6 - average score as didn't have a great deal to do I thought
Buckley - 8 - poor first half, scared Parr witless second half
Navarro - 7 - supported Bridcutt well as holding midfielder
Sparrow - 6 - bit quiet tonight, possibly feeling injury from Saturday
Bridcutt - 8 - won everything in midfield. Need to tie him to a long-term contract
Barnes - 9 (MOM) - outstanding
CMS - anonymous to be honest, though service not great in first half

Subs

Agdestein - 6 - not on for long enough, but gave us some strength on left side
Vokes - 6 - some good touches, but obviously rusty. Hopefully the injury he picked up isn't too bad

Atwell - -5. Should have been sacked after his side-netting incident. Abysmal performance, giving free kick to Palace every time a player went down.

Buckley 14,000,000. Thought he was a class above anyone else on the pitch; shocked and appalled that anyone thinks otherwise.

That's really going to skew the average marks out of 10.

Anyone else got some ratings?

Brez 8. Confidence personified. So much better than Casper.
Calderon 6. Think Reyes will be taking over as soon as he is fit. But great shot at the end and one excellent goal-saving tackle.
Greer 7.
Dunk 7.
ElAbd 7.
Buckley 7. Some great stuff, but too much of what he attempted didn't quite come off. Maybe the bobbly pitch to blame.
Bridcutt 8. Another excellent game.
Sparrow 7.
Navarro 7.
Barnes 7. Improving form continues.
CMS 6. Not his day. A lot of running, but to what effect? And came nowhere near the ball in any of his ariel tussles for upfield punts from Brez.

Vokes 7. Potential.
Toby 7. Impressed1

Buckley was good, until the last half hour - when he was outstanding. Barnes on the other hand was outstanding throughout. He just seems to step up a level when Gus brings in new players.

I thought Vokes did well too... Brought in others really well, and the kind of player we really need. If we're playing 4-3-3 I don't see where CMS fits in...

Brezovan looking better every game. More confident with the ball at his feet now 8
ElAbd was up against a very good player. Never lets you down but probably one too many Palace crosses arrived from our left 6
Caldaron positive going forward as always and looking better now after a dodegy spell earlier in the season 7
Greer and Dunk - reliable both 7
Sparrow ok 6
Bridcutt gets better and better 9
Navarro ok 6
Buckley mom if you only look at the last 20 minutes but overall 7
Barnes - one of his better games 8
CMS - a bit out of sorts or is it just a lack of support from another forward 5
