Akpom - 6 - Should have scored - looks a decent addition to the squad

Sidwell MOTM - the only player who was consistently good over the full 90-plus minutes. Makes the decision to start Norwood in tough away games even more baffling. Hey ho. Roll on Tuesday (& c'mon the Wolves!).

Thought we should have done far better today. Burton were there for a whipping but we didn't push home our advantage. Far too pedestrian at times, particularly in the first half when it seemed as though the game was being played at walking pace. Need far more urgency in our game. And Chris, if you want to make three substitutions at around the same point in a future game, please do not make them all at the same time. We looked really disjointed for a while as the subs figured out where they were playing ... and it was two minutes after the substitutions that Burton scored.

Stockdale 8. One excellent save. Distribution mostly good. Commanded his area well.
Bruno 7. Better than his last couple of games as he gets back to full fitness. Some great stuff along with a couple of heart-in-mouth moments.
Dunk 8. Played well ... and no yellow!
Duffy 8. Another great game.
Pocognoli 8. Good game both defensively and going forward.
Stephens 7. Good to have him back, but gave the ball away a few too many times.
Sidwell 8. Excellent.
March 9. Good first half, superb second. Getting close to his pre-injury form. MOM.
Knockaert 8. Some great stuff including some excellent crosses, but still a tendency to hold on to the ball too long on occasions.
Baldock 8. Great to have him back. Well taken goal and loads of running.
Hemed 8. Good goal. Maybe a bit lucky with the penalty. Held the ball up well.

Yes we did what we needed to do and I'm not at all dissapointed, but with these scores you'd think we were playing Peterborough away under Poyet again. The average score today should be around 6 I reckon, with a 7 for Sidwell, Hemed, Knocky, March and Duffy. Am I watching a different game to everyone else?
