Al-Habsi 5 -distribution abysmal. One really good save in first half, couple of decent punches, no chance with goals (initially thought he could have done better with the second but deflected past him)
Hughes 5 - did ok in the limited time he was on. Probably brought in to deal with Pugh. Injury looks a bad one.
Bennett 6 - ok
Greer 4 - shocker!
Dunk 6 - mugged for the pen and had a dodgy 10 minute spell in the second half but still our most saleable asset.
Gardner 3 - dreadful.
Holla 4 - not much better than Gardner.
Forster-Caskey 6 - pick of the midfield 3.
Colunga 6 - great finish, worked hard, surprised when he was taken off.
Tex 7 - motm. At the heart of most of our good stuff particularly in first half.
Baldock 6 - again, great finish, ran about a lot, not much else.

Calderon 6 - sadly showing his age, still gives 100% but this is probably his last season.
Kaz 5 - one run when could have got a pen if he'd gone down, not a lot else.
CMS 4 - waved his arms about a lot. Not a lot else.

Good first half performance, pressing high up the pitch with Tex prominent in the good stuff. Sat too deep second half and, Baldock's good finish aside, never really threatened. Change at the top long overdue.

Agree with all of the above apart from harsh on the keeper as he hasn't played in weeks.

Thought in the second Tex was poor and quickly tired so 6, otherwise wouldn't disagree with any of the ratings.

great passing and movement for the first goal.
Great first touch and finish for the second.

My criticisms...
Our centre backs had a bad game today, but I think this system puts them under a lot of pressure. Especially when Holla fails to add a level of protection.
Don't know why Ince isn't playing.
Why sub Baldock?
Our pass completion appears poor, be interesting to see the stats. The number of cross field balls that seemed to just gift possession made me a tad grumpy.

Sorry dont agree IMHO we lost becausre our midfield lost possession too much and didnt push the ball forward enough. Ref was conned by Wilson for the penalty as Dunk didnt make a tackle.

Watching on Sky it looked like Dunk pulled his legs away and didnt make a tackle and Wilson threw him self over his body. I can understand why the ref gave it as he doesnt have benefit of sky.

Wilson was clever as he put his foot back making sure he got caught by Dunk but it was a silly tackle and the correct decision to give a penalty.

As I said I can understand why the ref gave it but wouldnt have been surprised if he had said it was a dive by Wilson to accentuate what was going to be a tackle that didnt happen. Could have gone either way.

Lazy in my part but would go with this too. Tex had a great first hour or so, but would have subbed him for Paddy instead of taking Colunga off. Sami was right to Baldock off (it was immediately after he'd lost the ball AGAIN).

One rating missing - fans - 10. Absolutely brilliant atmosphere, hope it came across on TV.
