if Tank and Hinsh got joint 1st place they travel in/room together, so they could take it in turns to hold the trophy!!

Reid for me. Outstanding season.

Oatway, Nicolas,, Ninsh and Butters have had good seasons as well.

Virgo's disciplinary record lets him down.

Easily between Hinsh and Virgo.

Don't think anyone else even comes close to these two.

Oatway has been a real surprise this season too, and far more influential that originally thought before the season started. FDM and Reidy I also agree have been excellent.

If McCammon had been here longer he'd be a contender. Puts in the effort, scores goals and has improved the team.

As he hasn't then

Reid
Hinshelwood
Oatway

Virgs is way out front for me, without his goals we would be bottom 3 right now. If Currie had stayed, he might have given Virgs a run. The discipline problem is only important if you think Dermot Gallagher is a good ref. And the West Ham red was wrong too, was he just meant to stand there and let Mullins belt him - he didn't deserve to go off any more than Big Mac did on Saturday.

Second I'd go for Butters, who has stepped up brilliantly in the absence of Cullip. Just ahead of Charlie, who has been superb.

Reid and Chippy after a slow start recovering from their injuries have been excellent too and deserve top 5.

Hinsh has been a revelation and deserves young player of the season but there is still that odd bit of youthful inexperience, to blame for goals against Derby and Cardiff, but am glad he doesn't get crucified for his mistakes in the manner of Dan Harding.

Big Guy - by a mile, has he had a bad game this season?
Charlie and Reidy - both most improved
Hinsh - has made the position his own, growing in confidence every week.

P.S Nice to be back after a couple of years away from this board

There's a long way to go yet, but so far it would be,
1) Hinsh.
2)Virgs.
3)F.D.M.
You've got to encourage the youngsters.

Its hard to decide really as i have been impressed by everyone this year, But i think

1st Tank - Hasnt put a foot wrong all year
2nd Reidy - Best improved player this year
3rd Hinch - Filled Cullips boots excellently
