They suck even more for Brizzle City who would be up already if it was just 3 automatically promoted.

We would have just missed out. Now we have a chance. I love the playoffs!

i'm going down the pub to drown my sorrows weird cos I should be happy that we're in the play-offs but right now I just cant bring myself to enjoy the moment, I need a beverage

How can we possibly complain about the play-offs. If they didn't exist, we would have no Brighton until August and we would definately be playing Division 2 football next season. As it is, we've got at least one more away day, at least one live appearance on Sky, and the chance of playing in the biggest stadium in Britain.

I'm going to a leaving do on 20th so will miss that game. Ok, so you might be thinking - you can go to a leaving do any time - playoffs are once in a decade (sorry, icy, nicked your line.) Problem is, its my leaving do so people may well notice if I'm not there.

I know how you feel crabtree, I knew as soon as the 20th was available for the play off second leg that the NOFX gig was up the swanny. It's fate, i'll swap the gig for the play off final anyday though.

Easy answer: go your punk gig and leaving do, leave a tape in the vcr and watch it when you get home avoiding anybody telling you the scores a la Likely Lads.
