I know this won't make the decision any easier to accept, but there was a report (I think it was mentioned on sunday supplement) a short while ago of there being a clarification (I don't recall if it is from PGMOL, Premier League, FA, FIFA, or IFAB) that the line of where the arm became the shoulder was pretty much the same as the blue on Villa's sleeve.
