No, this is not a news story... I'm just enquiring as to whether anyone is involved in the Pitch Invasion sunday football leagues at Waterhall? I've entered a team with some friends and we kick off tonight for our first match, just wondering if anyone else is involved a team.

there are people on here who are in various leagues. From memory there was a thread about the one at Standley Deason and that had some of the Waterhall players posting on it

That's why I asked the question, I know there are some people on here who don't just sit and judge, but who get out and actually play the game aswell. I'm quite curious about the pitches, obviously I'm going to find out in a few hours what they're like, but it doesn't stop you wondering!

I am not involved in a pitch invasion league, but have played several times on the 3G pitch at waterhall, it is very good, very smooth so works well for good passing teams, have played in my brothers pitch invasion team a few times, it is good fun, but quite tiring as its a pretty big pitch with i think 3 outfield players

The pitch is amazing, as HG201 said it is a bloody big pitch though and it's alot of hard work. Quality surface to play on, it is too big for a 5 a side pitch though I thought....

Just in case anyone is interested, my team lost 5-1.
