though minus Jah Wobble ,Keith Levene or Akins on Drums.
So just John then !!!

Still better than most of the crap around today.

I always thought that PIL were very under-rated (and the Pistols a little over-rated!).

Exactly! Saw them at the Kilburn National Club in 1987 and that will do for me Lydon can't be short of cash with his property business, he must just be bored - I'm a Celebrity and various Pistols reunions obviously haven't been enough for him.

We were mates and neighbours, and had boats docked a few metres away from each other.
I introduced the idea of, and advised him about the Pistols revival concept in 1996. Some little time after that, Lydon got a bit gay one evening after several beers and I exited as hasty as the door would allow, but days later he let me know he didn't want to speak to me anymore.
That's okay with me, I don't think I'm missing much, and apparently there was something he was hiding that he was ashamed to have revealed!

So, just a queerboy cvnt who doesn't take rejection with a pinch of salt.

I also recall complimenting him on his good choices with musicians, but all he could say in response was "what about me?"

As his solo album came to prove - he really hasn't got much talent at all.

Agree, no coincidence that their best stuff was when McGeogh was on guitar. Saw him in both Magazine and the Banshees. reminds me of Bow Wow Wow reforming witout the late great Mathew Ashman....waste of time!
