As mentioned the other day John Piercy has been given the 1 year deal he was after according to the Argus

Piercy settled this deal before heading off on Honeymoon to Las Vegas (no kebab shops there we hope). According to his Dad, Dave Piercy, he said (back of the Argus): "John is over the moon to get a year. He loves playing for Brighton and did not want to go anywhere else. It was quite a wedding present and quite a week for him"
