what an utterly fabulous topic.
top of my pie world (flavour division) is the classic chicken balti. however, top of the toppermost is the amazing boscastle pies of australia, in particular their thai green pie and the beef burgundy. outstanding!
mrs mac's beef, cheese and bacon are truly wonderful after a night on the ol' ale, as well.
in terms of sweet pies, i dont think a simple apple pie, with lots of scattered cinnamon, can be beaten.

i love pies.
