In talks with Azure to supply these as well as the 3 choices on offer. This will still be a couple of months (sorting out ingredients ect.) If they don't decide to take it up this season it will be available either way once we get the online system up and running. We will probably need some tasters for the product development as I wouldn't know what it tastes like.

Sweet, chicken balti pie would be awesome! And I call a spot as one of the tasters!

Just an update to those fans that have been wondering about where the shop has gone and where they will be able to purchase pies in the week. Mrs Piglet, as some named her on here, is in the process of creating an online ordering service so that pies are going to be available which could have a minimum order in place (delivery service) This system should be up and running within the next month or so.

She is also looking at stocking pies in two locations in Brighton (any suggestion if possible would be great) so that you're able to get your midweek fix.

Finally she would like to thank the many fans for your continued support and patience as we try to get the product to a high standard. The feedback has been of much help so far (both positive and negative) from the massive increase in production

My friend, I was the first one to have a little pop about the absence of the pies we wanted etc. Oh for gods sake, I cant be arsed to carry this on. All I can say is they were and I'm sure will continue to be brilliant. Hoping yourself and your family have every success with your venture !! Best wishes, Jimbo

To be honest Jimbo your two posts were perfectly fine, you even said in them it was only in the best interests of the business that you issued your concerns. It wasn't more of ignoring the posts just certain things I'm not allowed to talk about. Thanks for the support and as always will be passing on the comments to Mrs P

If you can make a Balti Pie, I will be in heaven. I've tried the Chicken and Vege ones so far, both excellent.

If you're looking at stocking pies in small outlets then you could always try Dylan at Hove Park Deli. It would be great if I could go for a walk at lunch and Pick up a Piglet Pie.

Know the one you're on about, guess it would depend on the amount she is looking at supplying to the location/store type. I know she is going to start looking at butcher shops which could work quite well

The pies are great. However, their popularity is also partly an indictment of the other food Azure are serving up. Really the only aspect of the catering that is absolutely top class is the food provided by the pie company.

Along with my brother, Dad and my girlfriend, we got through both the Steak and the Chicken pies yesterday. Both my brother and my Dad felt that these were the best pies that they'd tasted in a football stadium! So, very positive.

The only negative we had were that my girlfriend really wanted to try a Steak pie in Dick's Bar after the game, and we were accidentally served with a Chicken pie. When taking it back, we got another chicken pie. This happened 3 times in quick succession, until they decided to just give us a refund as they couldn't find a steak pie. We went down to the North concourse and they took a Steak pie from the relative section behind them, and when we got to the train - we realised that we had another chicken pie! None of them had the little box on the side ticked, so staff didn't know which was which. My girlfriend was gutted. She loves her pie.

Luke - Very pleased for you and your mother, how's your brother getting on? Is he part of the business too? Either way, the pies really are top notch and have received the blessing of the Burgess Hill Seagulls
