I think this is more common than people think. I’m almost certain someone tried this on me walking out the stadium.

Let the club know the time and exact location, they should be able to find it. Awful behavior.
I have been in contact with the club. They are taking it very seriously, which is great.

No real harm done to us personally, but as people have said not the sort of person we want in the ground when everyone's guard is down.

I bet they will be. Very easy to track someone with the CCTV coverage they've got and this will be something I'm guessing the club will take really seriously.
Assuming they attended the match. The NS being open to all has always struck me as a bit odd / security risk

Do they still insist on the removal of face coverings on entry for facial recognition photos? Or has that stopped?

Sign is still up outside North lower entrance re facial recognition and stewards are still asking people to remove hats before search / entry.
I’m in the WSU and the only time I have been asked to remove my hat is when we play Palace

Seems incredibly stupid to pay to watch the most expensive league in the world and then go pickpocketing old ladies at it. Doing crimes is what it is - immoral and beneficial; doing crimes and losing money on it in a place riddled with CCTV cameras... doesn't get past "stupid".

An old lady doesn't have a 14 year old son!
The Op said it was his wife. That doesn't make her old.

I'll be sure to tell the missus that she is an "old lady" :ROFLMAO:

Don't forget to duck quickly.

Old lady and son at the game itself!

He is 14 years old but 6 foot 3 inches tall. The club should be able to identify us at least.

As others have said let the club know and i hope the person is caught and charged. That may then deter others.
