All I have seen in him really is masses of pace- he'll win you 5 or 6 free-kicks a game because full-backs are nowhere near being able to catch him.
End product is what he is lacking, obviously- maybe if he gets a move to a Premiership side he'll get better coaching and it will develop or maybe it'll come naturally, who knows.
I think any club would be mad to spend the circa £10 million on him just yet though.

Masses of pace and unbelievable ball skill, you're right though not much end product. All our best players end up at Wigan for some reason, if he goes there i'm gonna be well pissed off

Utrecht, NL
GK: Kasper Schmeichel (Leicester)
RB: Nathaniel Clyne (Palace)
CB: James Tomkins (West Ham)
CB: Liam Ridgewell (Birmingham)
LB: Paul Konchesky (Leicester)
RM: Will Buckley (Brighton)
CM: Vicente (Brighton)
CM: Kevin Nolan (West Ham)
LM: Jimmy Kebe (Reading)
ST: Ricky Lambert (Southampton)
ST: Craig Mackail-Smith (Brighton

Bench:

Adam Federici (Reading)
Noel Sharp (Reading)
Kazenga LuaLua (Brighton)
Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace)
Peter Whittingham (Cardiff City)

I could see Mackail-Smith and Lambert having a good partnership. But I'd probably keep swapping Whittingham and Kebe/Buckley.

Marcos Painter is still trying to figure out the puzzles that Zaha was weaving with his disco feet in September.

Sadly, Mackail-Smith is unproven at this level. Seems a strange choice considering there are strikers firing on all cylinders whose performances already demonstrate they can excel in the Championship. At the most, we can only guess that CMS might be a goal machine at this level if a team played to his strengths.

I am surprised Chris Burke (Birmingham) is not mentioned more often.
