I totally agree about Hammond. A great signing in my opinion.

Would maybe go with Orlandi in starting 11, as he is proven already.

Bridcutt and Hammond in centre - defo away and think it will be rare that we don't see Hammond in starting line up.
Crofts or Orlandi will play as well, therefore pick 3 from CMS, Dobbie, KLL, Buckley, Lopez, Barnes, Vicente.
Bench is Ankergren, Dunk and Calderon plus 4 of the remaining 5 above, plus wouldn't write off Dicker yet.
No room for Hoskins, Toby or Harley so think they will be out on loan v soon. Now we know why Spaz & Vincelot are on the way, there'd have to be a bout of ebola virus in the dressing room for them to get near the bench let alone the team.

Bollocks, just realised I missed out Orlandi - and I thought I'd done so well to squeeze everyone into the squad! Maybe take out Dunk, with Calderon as cover for the whole back four? Defenders will be a luxury at the Theatre of Flair this season!

As everyone says, the back 5 pick themselves with Ankergren, Dunk and Calderon providing good back up (especially Calde who is a fantastic back up player).

Bridcutt will almost certainly play in my mind although we can now cover him being injured with Crofts dropping deeper and Hammond playing alongside him. So whatever formation we play, that leaves Crofts, Hammond, Orlandi, Vicente, Lopez, Buckley, LuaLua, Dobbie, CMS and Barnes playing for 5 places in the team and 4 on the bench. This doesn't even consider Dicker, Harley, Agdestein, Hoskins etc.

To my mind Lopez sounds amazing and will probably play as will Buckley and Vicente when fit. One of CMS and Dobbie will play as the main striker and one of Crofts and Hammond in midfield although they might play both away from home. This leaves some pretty good players competing for places on the bench and to come in when injuries occur.
