“I’m [insert a condition/race/religion/gender etc of your choice], which means that…”

Often used as an explanation/justification/excuse for behaviours/statements/opinions that score 11 on the 0-10 utter cockwomble scale.

Kurwa said by my Polish neighbours constantly, basically it’s every other word is Kurwa. They could be angry, happy, scared, drunk and it’s still used. take away the word kurwa and they have nothing to say.

Currently seriously over used particularly in political context and grinding my gears " the optics don't look good "

The only optics I'm interested in are the ones dishing out my short!

“How are you spelling that?”

As in, correctly. If you don’t know how to spell the word or name, admit it is because of a deficiency in your word knowledge not because I am spelling it in some obscure way.

“I’m sorry, could you spell that out for me as I am unfamiliar with the word/name?”
Yes - but....how else would they know if it was 'Jonny' or 'Johnny' Rainbow?
