My wife keeps saying "I was gonna say ....", and then saying whatever it was she was gonna say.

Yesterday she said "I was gonna say, shall I open a bottle of wine?"
It confused her when I said "What are you gonna say instead then?"

It drives me to distraction!!

Amazing! I normally get that from girly office types. I can get to you by 6pm …. Reply That’s amazing thank you iso much. I mean is it really that amazing that I can drive to your residence and do a job.
