The only problem with giving charlie a match is when would it be played and who would it be?

Obvioulsy QPR would be the first choice, but it is the wrong time of the season for friendlies!

Charlie has been paid full wages for the last year? He's also got a job for life which assumably includes getting paid. I wouldn't give him a testimonial or benefit game.

Look at Kerry's game in the summer, we had premiership opposition (and Reading at that) it was a nice-ish day and we had just got the yes for falmer and we still didnt get many people there!

I think its a great idea, but i dont think its gunna happen!

I must say Harty is not doing any good so i think it's time he dropped the attendance thing, the club and the team are the only people who may help our attendance figures.

I don't Oatway shouldn't get a benefit match. For the past two years he has been hopping around on crutches and getting paid for it. Yes the guy is an legend, but he doesn't deserve a benefit match!

Of course Oatway shouldn't get a benefit match - why on earth should he? I don't really believe anyone deserves one, but if you give Oatway one then you may as well just give one to any player who hangs around at the club for more than a few years and gets injured! Christ he's been getting paid a decent amount for the last 8 years - I'm sure that takes the sting out of retirement!
