Just been looking at the players still looking for a club on the pfa website.A few stand out

Keepers Paul Gerrard,Alan Blayney
Defence:Ian Cox
Midfield: Dean Grubb,Sheerif Diallo

Managers and coaches of clubs can e-mail in to get information and arrange trials etc.Loads of players on including Chris Mcphee lol

There was a Diallo played for MK Dons - is this the same guy?
Grubb was one for the future at Bristol City who never quite made it. Onlly 19/20 now? Suspect we need more experience or more class (ie a premiership reserve) for midfield

Oh those of short memories

Cherif (the way it was spelt when we had him) played for our reserves several years ago on an extended trial. Was never taken on.

Presume it must be the same ... although he was a striker back then!

very strong , got abit of fight in him - suprised we didn't take him on

but he is currently on the trial rollercoaster - wasn't he at Luton last week?

Grubb was on trial with us but turned his ankle over in training and we've ended our interest in him for the time being.

Blayney has a drink problem and hardly set the world on fire when he was with us.

That should be allegedly has a a drink problem I think, but as to his ability it is down to opinions and I thought that he looked good when he played for us and at the time I would rather that we bought him than Henderson. Perhaps that explains why MM is a manager and not me as Henderson is now PNE No 1, and we are still searching for a No 1.
