As I always say to the nipper when she mashes herself: 'you should be more careful'.
I thought that this was one of football's great tragedies, and that was before I realised that his wife gave birth to their second son, two months after Peter Whittingham died. Doesn't happen too often, but I'm completely and utterly at a loss for words. Some of his goals on you tube are quite simply world class.
