The quality he has brought to our attack with his dangerous whipped crosses and driving runs into those crossing positions, is incredible. One of a few reasons why we’re scoring plenty of goals these days.

Brilliant, brilliant signing is Pervis. As others have said, I’m looking around and struggling to find a better LB in the league on this season’s form.

That self imposed 1-2 flick he played in the second half yesterday to beat his man was unreal

Should also credit him for how decent his crosses are, should be on corners in my opinion

He is a definite upgrade on Cucurella. That’s not sour grapes because of what happened with how Cucurella left but a geneuine belief that he offers so much more going forward and has now really tightened up defensively. His block versus Bournemouth being a good example. Top top signing.

I watched MOTD last night and watching Chelsea noted how Cucurella , is a lot less decisive than Pervis , who makes his mind up and goes for it. He has been an amazing signing and yes an upgrade and that's not trying to denigrate his role last year. One point of balance it would b interesting to see how Cucurella would have played under RDZ.

I thought pervis was better than caciedo in the world cup and is in better form for us at the moment.

Any bids in the summer I wonder. Hopefully not. He definitely feels more under the radar at the moment.

Agree with this. After his first couple of games where he looked suspect he has grown to be a far better player than Cucu and we ended up 45m better off. Hard pressed to find a better LB in the PL

Love him, he is such an important player for us. I must have watched Mitoma’s goal against Liverpool in the cup an hundred times and I was nearly as impressed with Estupinan”s dink as I was with Mitoma’s finish.

I cant remember seeing him at Watford but it didnt work out for him there did it? Some great scouting from us to see that he could actually work in our system.

Don’t think he played a game. They signed him age 18 around the time the Pozzo family were still moving 20+ players between Udinese/Watford/Grenada each summer in a fairly scattergun fashion, and clearly it was decided Spain was to be destination.

Not another one.

Anthony Bloom the alchemist. Specialist subject: unearthing £70m players.

Just looked he was there for 4 years and never played a game, was loaned out the whole time!

He's such a brilliant player. He's like a flawed diamond - not perfect, but still brilliant in practically everything that he does.

I would take him (and the £65m) before Cucurella 100/100.

Delighted for him to get the goal. So deserved, always puts in a shift, he's had such a magnificant season for us.

IIRC He had a very good World Cup as well. I remember seeing him getting huge respect from his teammates and while not the captain he may as well have been. Directing things and taking all the free kicks. Maybe he should take more at Brighton?
