Why does this feel like the scene from a low-budget Bond movie?

Albion’s Ecudorean trouble maker, Billy Arce, is on loan at the same club Pervy started at (with 40 appearances).
Won’t make a blind bit of difference but it’s important people have a passing knowledge of L.D.U. Quito I believe.
