You ok hun?

I would be if I was eating a curry, instead of trying my third different Peri-Peri sauce, which will now be following the other two to the landfill.

No more I tells yer, no more, that stuff is shitehouse.

That is outrageous. You have my best wishes for a speedy recovery

bit overrated. better as a marinade than as sauce too.

It's taken you three attempts to work this out?

I wouldn't even touch the stuff and have never tried it. South African #### trying to imitate a Portuguese National cuisine is always going to end in disaster.

I’ve had it at Nandos and it’s nice.

Piri piri sauce is a wonderful thing.

Nando's is a solid version, I've also had in South Africa although I think it's primarily from Mozambique.
Fun fact: the chilli pepper was brought back by Portugeuse explorers from the Caribbean and introduced to south-east africa, then onto their territories in India (e.g. Goa). Indian cooking only had chilli from around 500 years ago, I think they used things like black pepper for heat before that.

So your Vindaloo and your Nandos are basically cousins.
